I sold my car to them with private plates on I put the plate on retention and told them to take plate off went back the following week to see thay had put my number back on to try and sell the car again told them to take it off or I will report them the number is already on my new car so if you buy the ford tourneo it does not come with that number

Visited this company today was having a browse when GULLY intrduced himself. We told him what car we were interested in and he showed us several cars told us everything we needed and wanted to know about them. He made us a latte while he sorted our finance which he discounted for us. GULLY took us for a test drive then car was serviced,washed and valeted and ready to take home (which we did). I can honestly say from start to finish purchasing our car from this company was done very professionally and satisfying. GULLY couldn't have been less pushy and was very friendly and helpful top guy thanks for making the purchasing of our ford kuga a great experience with your company. Highly recommend your company keep up the gret work you do. Thanks garry and hazel.

Great Service
We recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from Andrei at the Car Sales Company. He was extremely helpful, stayed late on the Sunday since he knew we had come a long way and needed to sort the purchase there and then. The car is great as was the service. I now just have to get used to an electric car!

My hole experience with this company was first class . I saw a vehicle on auto trader late one night . So by the time I got there it was nearly time to close . I had a little look round the car but as it was nearly closing time I arranged to go back the next day for a test drive . On the test drive the salesman (Steven Dickinson) never pretended he knew it all about the vehicle. He just gave me directions and we just chatted . He really made me feel at ease. When we got back we discussed a price again I didn't feel any pressure. When we settled on a price we discussed warranty . I wasn't sure whether to get the warranty . So Steve said I could think it over till I picked the car up in two days . I decided against the warranty in the end . Again Steve never pressured me to get it . He just got me to sign all the relevant documents shook my hand and wished me well with the new car . It was all excellent service . Fingers crossed I have no problems with the car .

Bought a used car from them last week. Andrei (the salesman) was very good at his job and walked me thru the test drive and sale process politely. The car itself was competitively priced and in a great condition. On delivery I realized that the Tyre inflation kit was faulty but Andrei immediately sent thru a replacement kit in the post which was a good gesture.<br><br>Overall I'm happy to recommend TheCarSalesCompanyBury to purchase a used car but I've reduced 1 star for reasons below<br>- when they delivered the car, it was missing an all important "Registration Card" which has the wifi password unique for the car. Despite calls to Andrei they were not able to provide me one and asked me to go to a Mitsubishi dealer - who said it would cost me £50 to get a replacement. Without that I cannot use the remote app features of the car which is a shame. Again the dealer should have told me this missing document before sale because its additional out of pocket expense for me now<br>- I was not told that the car had outstanding finance (I found out when I did an HPI check). However one phone call to Andrei and he promised to sort it out and he did sort it out over the next week. I still think they should have told me this before the sale.

One of the best car sales company that I managed to find until now.<br>Hamid was really helpful and friendly, I walk-in Monday evening just to drop an eye and by Tuesday afternoon I was driving one of my dream cars. Purchased my second car from year, make sure you do your full research about the car first. A small fib was told about obtaining a replacement key for my car which turned out to be false (was told that a key blade can be purchased as a second key to open and start the car which isn't the case)<br><br>The car however was in really good condition, before purchasing they spent some time repairing the scuff marks on the diamond cut alloys.
