Bought a 2020 GLC there a few months ago and the car has no issue so far. However there are some broken parts at the back seat which I haven't realised when I was test driving. They asked me to buy the replacement part on eBay myself and I did, but they have to charge me £60 to fit the replacement, I find another local garage to help me and they charged me £0 as they said it is just an easy task which is not worth a charge.

Had a good experience buying a car at the Car Co in Bury. Car was as described and just what we needed. Muj was knowledgeable and great to deal with taking time to help me with my queries and Test Drive on a Saturday. Part Ex was fairly priced. The whole process was seamless and finalised on Sunday (within 24hours).

I have been looking at mini coopers since 2019 but, something has always stopped me going through with the sale. I found one I loved online at car co. I was contacted by Amir after I registered my interest and my experience has been fab. Amir worked really hard to get me a good deal, especially with my part exchange which I appreciate completely.
When I went to view the car, Amir was very personable and was not pushy at all compared to other salesmen I have met in the past.
After viewing the car and returning home, Amir kept in contact and was understanding about my worries about spending money! He went above and beyond of what I expected and I will definitely be returning to him in the future when I need a bigger car, and will be recommending him to friends.

Great team at Bury, very helpful and genuinely nice people. Amad in particular is a great salesman, a courteous and professional young family man. Selling cars isn't as easy as many think, you can never please everyone, just look at other used car dealers. But I believe the team at Bury are doing a great job and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a quality used car.

From booking a test drive to driving home in our new car this was undoubtably the quickest, smoothest car buying process we have experienced. There was an issue with the Road Fund Licence (Tax) due to the transfer of our private registration plate but Muj and the team at The Car Company are sorting it out. Very good experience and happy to recommend this company.

We saw the Jaguar E-Pace on The Car Co Website, that was on the Saturday 24th June, so called and spoke to MUJ and Reserved the car. We arranged to go and see the car on the Sunday 25th , we both had a test drive, and well we looked at each other and knew that was going to be our next car !! So MUJ got our own car checked over and we agreed a price and then sorted all the little details out, Thanks to MUJ and Car Co for a fast and stress free experience, would definatley come back to you guys N&T Farrell 🤗🤗

Buying a car from TheCarCo was pleasent and a easy experience. I had been searching for the right BMW X5 for weeks and this one came up in Autotrader. Abdul was a fantastic salesman from going on the test drive to filling all the paper work in, he even stayed open late on a Friday night for me. I am delighted with the car and would buy again from TheCarCo.

We had a pleasant experience at Carco Bury. We were looked after by Ash who went out of the way to help us chose the right car for us, gave us a test drive and completed all paperwork in no time.
He was extremely cooperative and made sure we had the best car buying experience. He got the car prepared for us and even stayed beyond his working hours. Highly Recommended! I'd give him Seven Stars!!!
