I would definitely recommend going to these lot. Kasim sorted my car out. Even after purchasing he assured any questions or any issues just come back . Very very welcoming atmosphere. Rang up with an initial enquiry and less than 24 hours later, Kas had offered me the part exchange I wanted and I was driving away in my new car at the price I wanted. Professional, courteous and understood what I was after and why. Recommend these guys highly especially Kas!

I recently purchased a vehicle from The Car Co in Bury, with Zain as my sales representative, and overall I had a positive experience.
Zain was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, without ever being overly pushy. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and kept me updated at each stage, which made the buying experience feel straightforward and well managed. The finance agreement was also clearly presented and explained. I would note that I did lose around 400 of my agreed finance annual mileage due to the delivery, as well as two round trips to a Tesla service centre to address repairs.
Delivery day itself was smooth and well organised. However, I did encounter two issues after receiving the vehicle. The driver door glass had not been installed correctly following a prior repair, and I was advised to have this resolved through a Tesla service centre while the vehicle still had two weeks of warranty remaining. In addition, the car was advertised as having enhanced autopilot, but after checking, this feature was not actually enabled. This was one of the factors of me purchasing the vehicle in the first place, especially as Tesla offer this on all their approved used cars.
Although the aftersales communication was not as prompt as the sales conversation, to their credit, Zain and his manager Ahmed still handled the situation professionally. They were apologetic about the mis sell and offered compensation, which I felt was fair. Taking everything into account, including the price I paid for the vehicle, I was satisfied with the outcome.
