Tom is a very professional pleasant well mannered and just to mention honest individual. He made the whole experience of purchasing my 3 year old vehicle a very enjoyable experience. Right from introducing me to to the car of my choice, the test drive, the part exchange and the final signing at the end.the whole deal was finalised within a couple of hours. (Not to mention the numerous cups of coffee) the whole experience Right through to the finance team was stress free, and I was driving my new Toyota chr home within two and a half hours. Thanks again Tom, and the car sales crew. I will definitely deal again.
