They are really friendly and helpful, believe me they have mountains of patience, I am definitely not the easiest customer to deal with! Abdul what a guy! Took his time and really helped me find the right car! Ahmed the GM also a really top guy! Big respect to him! Heidi in the after care what a lovely girl very friendly :) also helped me lots with looking round the cars and any questions I had after purchase, Zane lovely guy who has time for customers :) and to everyone else who I spoke to over the time; I have to say I felt like part of the furniture in the end! I was always welcomed into the showroom with a friendly smile and a coffee :) the aftercare was excellent! They really do care about their customers, and they want you to come back, they always went the extra mile and the price was also extremely competitive! Excellent experience with Mark at The Car Co, Bury. We managed to reach a good deal, including trade-in, and the whole process was completed very efficiently (they even gave the car a valet whilst the paperwork was being completed). Communication was good and Mark was responsive when I had a few follow-up queries after the sale. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Mr Amir Torkamani has been very helpful to me, I came from London to buy my favorite car.

At 1.00pm on Friday 14th March 2025 I visited, a company called the Car Company in Bury. There I spoke to an extremely polite, friendly and professional guy who I now know as Kas.
I was looking for a Mercedes Benz GLC motor vehicle however I couldn't see any petrol ones, apart from several diesal cars. I was in company with my son, and a future father-in-law. A short time later, I was received info that my father-in-law has purchased a car from Kas.
At 5.00pm on Thursday 20th March 2025 I attended the car company in Bury. Kas was fantastic and gave us an unbelievable deal with 2 years warranty, and a 2 year service plan attached.
Excellent service throughout the buying process.
Kas could not have been more helpful. He answered
all questions that were asked expertly.
Now with a workforce of over 28,000 people. I will definitely recommend Kas and the car company to them all. I would recommend this company to them all.

Unfortunately, the car developed an engine fault just three days after I drove it away from the sales centre. It was taken to the service centre on 01/04 and, as of today (04/01), it’s still there.
I had expected an update today, but couldn’t get through to anyone over the phone. I ended up going down there in person just to get some answers. I was told the car should be fixed by the end of next week. Thankfully, I was offered a courtesy car in the meantime, although I did have to put down a £150 deposit.
On the way home, I also stopped by the sales centre and spoke with the sales manager. I was reassured that if the repair isn’t completed by the end of next week, I’ll have the option to choose a different car instead.
I’ll keep updating this review as things progress, but so far, the after-sales experience has been very disappointing.
