Great service from Graham and his team at the James street garage, I took my recently purchased Audi in with an engine and screen washer fault (still under warranty) the guys diagnosed the faults quickly. as the repair was going to take a couple of days, they booked me in for the following week (when there was a courtesy car available) and kept me informed with regular updates

Owi was really friendly and helpful from our initial call through to the end of the process. He took the time to send personal video tours of a couple of vehicles I was interested in, and knowing we’d be travelling a fair distance to Bury, he had both cars parked side by side on the forecourt for easy comparison. The exteriors and interiors were in excellent condition, making the viewing and test drive experience straightforward and enjoyable.
Owi was a pleasure to deal with throughout—genuine, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Early days still, but so far we’ve been really pleased with the driving experience in the car we chose.
