Initially my husband dealt with a gentleman called Amad whom he found to be very helpful, and professional in his approach when first viewing the vehicle.
When we made the decision to purchase the vehicle we dealt with a gentleman called Steve who quickly answered any questions we had and processed the necessary paperwork quickly and professionally.

Bought Nissan Qashqai 21/10/17 from the car sales company Bury. The staff were great especially Ansar, there was no pressure no fuss. It was just friendly informative knowledge and advice. Usual sort of experience tried it on for me to take less for my vehicle when I didn't except and was just leaving they then offered what I wanted (which was the genuine value of my vehicle). So pretty average experience really.

It's now a week since we travelled from Newcastle to buy my Nissan Juke from The Car Sales Company Bury, and I can honestly say the customer service, from the very first telephone enquiry, right through to actual purchase of the car, was absolutely first class. Bought an Audi q3 from this company today and It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! No hassle, no sales talk just literally told me everything I needed to know and it took less than an hour to drive away in my shiny new car! This is the first car sales company I've had a positive experience with. I bought a Vauxhall Astra with this company a fortnight ago. The salesperson, Mohammed was very attentive and made time for me. From his initial interaction on the phone to meeting him to discuss the car on the day he was a friendly, respectful member of staff. We had an open and honest discussion regarding the sale of my used car and the purchase of a new one, made valid points and the negotiation wasn’t met with hostility, instead it lead to an informative purchase being made. I also liked how they ensured you drove away with tax and short term insurance cover, a few less things to worry about.
Now with all sales firms, the worry is with after sales care. My new care developed a misfiring issue as soon as I put the car on the motorway; I was initially hesitant to take my car back knowing how hostile some garages can be once they have taken your money. However, after telling Mohammed he told me to get straight onto their servicing team. I’m glad I did, Tony was a pleasure to work with, he gave me assurances the work could be carried out as part of the warranty (I was sceptical, I knew electrical components weren’t covered so questioned this several times to be told they would cover it), he was true to his word and the work was undertaken and I was able to drive the car away hassle free. The car has been trouble free since and I have every confidence in using this company again. Recommended.
