I’ve always been a little apprehensive about using independent garages, but The Car Co in Bury has genuinely impressed me.
There was an oversight during the pre-collection checks, which meant budget tyres had been fitted to the car before collection. However, the service team handled the situation brilliantly and were committed to putting things right. Julia, in particular, was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout.
They agreed to replace three tyres with new premium tyres, as requested, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
It’s how a business handles an issue that really matters, and The Car Co certainly delivered. I’m leaving as a very happy customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Excellent customer service!
