They understood when I phoned to say I was going to be a few minutes late due to a bus delay even though I managed to arrive on time ,the waiting room is very clean and surgery toi the receptionist is very polite and well mannered and knows exactly what she's meant yo be doing and her telephone talk is polite too.

This was my 1st appt and consultation.

The staff at the clinic are amazing. Dr Mateen has been great throughout the treatment, extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the process and procedure. Would highly recommend this clinic for both dental needs and cosmetic dental needs.

I attended this dentist yesterday and what a lovely experience it was. Everyone I met were absolutely lovely and made me feel very much at ease. In the last 2years I have attended 3 dentists and felt a little uncomfortable and didn't have much confidence with them. I saw Dr Adam Patel and what a lovely man. He explained everything in simple terms with a lovely sense of humour. He made me feel very comfortable and and confident in going ahead with further treatment. I definitely recommend this practice.

Cant fault these guys, I'm still waiting the final fitting of my bottom veneers, but
more than happy with the work carried out so far, the difference is amazing, my only regret is not having the work done years ago.

It’s not that I hate dentists it’s just I’ve always hated going and especially having to sit in the waiting room dreading getting the call but this time was only for briefing of what required doing ( 5 extractions )next visit 😩🫣 I was put at ease straight away this time 👍

I cannot fault the friendliness of staff but I feel that synergy dental are only interested in private patients. They try and get you to pay private for a scale when this can be covered under the nhs. You aren’t given the option and just get a iPad shoved in front of you to sign. Synergy need to be more customer focused as they used to be rather than sales pitching.

I was extremely nervous about my wisdom teeth removal and the dentist and especially the dental nurse both reassured and supported me throughout the whole process. I was so grateful how they were with me and were so kind. They explained each step they were going to undertake in the procedure to me in full as I had requested and the procedure was done timely and without pain. I could have not asked for a more positive dental experience for someone who is extremely nervous at the dentists.

I have had a few different Dentists since being with Synergy Dental Clinics. However my current Dentist Kashif Razvi is wonderful, I would give him five stars but the overall practice lower. He really helps me feel at ease since i have a huge fear of the dentist. Highly reccomend.

Very clean and welcoming dental surgery - we spoke about the work needed and made a decision what was best for myself going forward. The staff where understanding, reassured me, informed me of my options and didn't put any pressure on me to have teeth pulled that day. It was a very reassuring experience and I left feeling much more relaxed.

The staff were really nice & the actual surgery was painless aside of the agony of him hurting my jaw whilst trying to remove the tooth
By early evening I was in excruciating pain and same the following day.
Monday I had to return to my own dentist who had referred me to synergy, for treatment as the socket was green with infection. Despite my extreme care of the site, it was badly infected.
My dentist cleaned and dressed it and prescribed antibiotics.
However, it's now 9 days on, the pain is worse and I've had no sleep.
The area of gum-jaw is extremely swollen and hideously painful. So I'm having to go back via emergency appointment to get this looked at again as there pain is 10x worse than before the extraction.
This is by far the worst hideous post extraction pain over ever had andn't before had infection like this and I've three last 12 months over had several removed by my own dentist,!!!
I'm in unbearable pain.
I returned again to my dentist this morning did to the pain and he ear fuming that Synergy did not do the exact surgery asked for which was to cut the gum, full away party of the bone to make the extraction easy. The reason it was requested was due to me having osteoporosis.
So I've now got excessive trauma to the jaw because of them not doing what they were asked!!
I'm seeking legal advice.

I had a tooth problem n it needed sorting ASAP.so I rang the surgery the same morning and fitted me in within a hours notice.very much appreciated and sorted the problem out there and then
