The dentist that I saw was very good and friendly. Explained what he was going to do and was very efficient. I have never seen Billy before but I will always ask for him when I come again.

This was my first visit to Synergy Adlington Dental Practice. The staff were welcoming and the appointment on time.
The Dentist was excellent, explaining all the treatment options and the timescales and prices. I have a second appointment in two weeks time and have no hesitation in returning. Thank you Bev Speers

The dentist was lovely, gave excellent advice not just doing what I was wanting because it wouldnt of been the correct thing long term much appreciated advice, some dentists would just take your money not really caring about long term but here I got truthful & helpful advice and will be definitely using these guys for my treatment

I first visited as an emergency patient and to have a tooth extraction, the dentist then advised me to have a full check up as i hadn't seen a dentist in years, tbh i wouldn't have rebooked if ayoola hadn't been very professional and helpful with information about dental hygiene and recommendations to help my gums (gum disease being why i had to have the extraction). Everyone at the surgery has been nothing but professional and helpful during my visits and i have been kept up-to-date via email or text about my appointments, i even recommended the surgery to my daughter's housemate and she is now on the books

Dentist was excellent, however the laboratory that sent the crown, sent the wrong colour. Therefore have to go back for the 4th time.

I’ve been with Synergy for a while now after changing practice , and i’ve always found them brilliant. However in the last year i’ve had issues with my wisdom teeth (i’m 31) as both bottom teeth are impacted. When I was last in surgery they took x-rays to confirm and had to MESSAGE the lead surgeon to sign off on medication which took 20 mins of waiting! I was told by my dentist to chase up my referral with the hospital which I did , but to only be told that my dentist needed to expedite a letter in order for my to been seen faster. I rang my surgery back on the same day to be told the surgeon would ring me to discuss , which no one did. I gave up trying to get back in touch and have just carried on as normal, but I can’t wait to be on antibiotics every month for a year until they are removed! (I also have gastric issues)
I can’t however fault my dentist as she’s been the same face everytime and she is brilliant! I suffer with social anxiety and RSD , so to have a familiar face who is so understanding with my fears is so reassuring!
