I was somewhat surprised when I turned up for my appointment to find my dentist had changed ownership.
Very pleased to see my original dentist Dr Carol Leadbetter was still there.. she's great!
Hopefully things will be better once the building works has been completed, but would have expected to have been notified of the changes by Synergy.

I highly recommend this dental clinic. Dr Zohaib Zaman performed a totally pain free procedure and I left with a temporary bridge that far surpassed my expectations. So realistic looking and very comfortable. Zohaib is not only a perfectionist, he is a kind and caring man who explains everything clearly and does everything he can to put his patients at ease. I cannot thank him enough! I would also like to thank the dental nurse Vicky Garnett for her kindness during the procedure (and for the loan of her hand when I needed it). And a special thank you to Victoria, the receptionist, who is just wonderful! Finally, I want to say that I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment - that's how good this dental clinic is!

Synergy Dental clinics, especially in Great Harwood, have always been so helpful and accomodating with my dental appointments and treatment. Fairly priced, caring staff and trusted dentists! Highly recommend!

I absolutely hate dentists. But my experience so far with this dentist has been better than I have ever received. The treatment program they have designed for me seems to be the best going forward. We have even discussed long term plan >6-8 years in the future. I feel at ease knowing I am being looked after properly. And spreading the cost has made it easier to manage the treatment.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because it has been quite difficult to reach the surgery at times. Also repeat phone calls about the same thing from different staff. A very minor thing, as all the staff are very friendly and the practice seems very professional.

Went there with a cracked tooth, it was a big complication due to the root/nerve etc
Synergy referred me to a specialist on my situation and saved me from a lot of pain (with no additional costs)

Best dentist ever!!
This is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. They were extremely helpful...knew exactly what was best for me an was completely transparent with costs. They even recommended a cheaper option to what i wanted originally as it wouldn't of been beneficial to myself which says alot about them as a company. Would 100% recommend to anyone

The practice in Great Harwood have friendly, helpful staff, and the dental practitioner I see is extremely skilled and thoughtful about his client's welfare.
I am always given the best recommendations, and they don't overcharge or encourage you to spend more.
On a recent visit I received a discount due to the dentist requiring less time and work than expected.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Synergy Dental in Bury. Unfortunately I am no stranger to the dentist, crowns and implants. For my latest crown I was seen by Dr Mateen Ahmed. He has an excellent manner, explaining options and making you feel right at ease. Impressed with his use of what appeared to me cutting edge technology. No nasty tasting moulds needed these days but modern micro camera to scan the teeth to produce a model that was then used to produce the crown, which fitted perfectly 😁. The only pain? Paying for it! 🥴. By far, the best experience to date of having a crown (and other treatment) and highly recommended - Thanks Mateen and team 👍

A nice clinic with a clean appearance and professional staff. I've been here over a year now and each time I've been squared away every time I've needed to pop in or just a routine appointment. The staff are professional and for a dentist I couldn't ask for more.

After knocking my teeth after falling down the stairs at home. Just wanted to say that all staff at the Blackburn Brach are Fab!! The best dentist I have been too for years. He explained everything and what would be best. I'm quite a nervous person when it comes to having Needles but the Dentist reassured me and asked how i was every time throughout the treatment. Thank you so much.

Good experience, only thing I could comment on would be the fact that I was only made aware of the surcharge required for the changing of PPE once I had had the area requiring work numbed.

I had dental implants for my front two teeth. Absolutely delighted with the results. They look superb. A bit of a long, drawn out process, but well worth the wait.

Had my first appointment here a couple days ago, it was all very quick and professional and I saw the hygienist today who was really lovely and reassuring me as it happened which was very helpful as I haven't been to the dentist for a long time prior to these appointments

Just had a tooth removed here today after I was unable to get accepted for NHS. Wow very smooth procedure, could not feel one ounce of pain, just pressure. The dentist was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he put me at ease as the last extraction I had at another dentist caused me a lot of pain which left me mentally scarred!
I will be returning for a check up and scale and polish at some point, I'll probably need several fillings but honestly, I feel at such ease because I know these guys know what they're doing and have given me the confidence to go to the dentist without fear.
Thanks a lot, you've just put 2 years of uncomfortableness to an end, it's been a wake up call. Thank you so much!
Edit: my tooth seems to be healing just fine, I don't think they appreciated how nervous and agitated I actually was during the procedure though as they havent acknowledged my review that I took the time to give unfortunately, Still hope I'm welcome in the future!

Very good at Recepton couldn’t understand Ppe charges as I went in with my mask and came out with it didnt use any of their stuff and clean and polish was to quick not sure I would go back

absolutely delighted with the service at synergy in bury, i am terrified of dentist but after a serious assaults' by my ex partner, my tooth has changed yellow, i went and was at ease, had such a professional service, x ray, exlained the truamas damage how it could potentially get worse and then also my options right now to try help the tooths nerve damage and different products for whitening and bonding, cannnot yet afford these but great to know all my options. police also provided my dental records which has accurately documented the whole session, all advise given etc, no summery, great to know records are entered correctly too. very friendly staff and i definatelyw ill be returning, i am a nhs patient and onl paid £20 for advise and xray, i would rather save up and pay to have the experience i did, than that i have receievd in the past 31 years at nhs dental surgeries. thankyou for a great experience.

Have always been nervous of going to dentist after a bad experience 🙄 but after being recommended Synergy, and after experiencing problems i felt reasured by the treatment I got from Mateen,i also appreciate his honesty who took time explaining to me what was needed and took time to ensure treatment I needed.Now feel able and reassured to get my teeth sorted through follow up appointments. I can't recommend Mateen and the rest of the team enough 😀👌

As a nervous patient who had lost trust in my last dentist I registered here with quite a bit of work to do. The dentist was super reassuring and made a treatment plan I can tackle in afforadable chunks. Work completed so far is top quality and pain free. Thanks so much.
