Excellent dentist can't fault them at all lovely bubbly staff mo Patel excellent dentist specialist he's upfront and honest this week Iv been twice he sorted one of my bottom teeth out with a fresh filling looks bang on and I went back today as Iv had issues with a wisdom tooth and with no hassle he took it out less than 5 mins 10/10 such a sound guy

I've been registered with this practice a number of years now and have always been happy with my treatment. The staff are helpful and friendly. I've just had an extraction today and was really worried but there was no reason to be.

The surgery and waiting room were immaculate. The surgery was well organised and efficient. I felt totally safe.
The treatment available to me was explained. clearly and with several options offered for me to consider. There was no pressure to accept one particular course of treatment. I would definitely recommend

I ventured to Synergy with slight apprehension as I have been seeing the same dentist elsewhere for a long time. I went for the deep clean service, over 2 separate appointments (lockdown delays mean I needed some care...) and it was amazing. They were really clear about services and pricing, and were totally covid-safe. I felt very confident, and was in excellent hands. The dentist was everything you would hope, with patient-facing skills and communication as good as the professional ones. I have already recommended him to other people, and would be confident to move to the practice for more than just this additional care, if I need to. Very happy.

Wonderful dentist, well organised, lovely staff and my dentist in particular is brilliant.

I required extensive dental work; surgical extractions, fillings, root canal treatments, restorations, it was a daunting prospect especially after really bad previous dental experience. I need not of worried, Dr Karim Rachidi, a genius, and the team were fantastic from start to finish, I had faith and confidence from the start. The dentistry is of a great standard, so happy with the results from an aesthetic and functionality point of view. I highly recommend Synergy Blackburn!

Always had a fear of dentist's since I was young and a bad experience a few years ago with another,
I find synergy fantastic, I had a tooth extraction a few months ago and the dentist was great. I hardly felt any pain during or after extraction.
I no longer feel as nervous or anxious about visiting. Thank you synergy. Friendly smile from reception also.

Fantastic dentist! I’m an extremely nervous patient so was sent to Synergy from my dentist, for a tooth extraction. I was in there for 30mins, lovely lady gave me the information and run through of the procedure. Both the ladies and gentleman dentist who did the treatment where fab. They put me at ease and I was awake before I knew it! Highly recommend! :-)

I cannot begin to explain how nervous I am with dentists with trauma starting as a child. For the last 10 years I’d managed to keep hold of a molar that was pretty much half filling. When the said filling cracked in two I was terrified that it was going to mean an extraction or root canal. As soon as I sat down in the chair I started to cry, I was that nervous. I was treated with professionalism and kindness as I was examined and given ALL my options. I could have just refilled it, I was told which would have more success. An X-ray confirmed I didn’t need root canal, yay! I was recommended a crown based on my needs a) durability and b)less invasive. I left with all the information to decide for myself, if I wanted a crown and what type. I had a few questions afterwards and the dentist kindly emailed my the responses. I’ve now had my tooth prepared for my new crown, completely painless and I was reassured throughout the whole process. I took advantage of the 0% finance for the remaining balance which was ideal for this time of year.

Have been a patient at the practice since the start of Synergy being in Preston. You’re teeth are in the best hands. Never forget Dr Altaf saying “If I have to extract a tooth, I haven’t done my job “. Need I have to say anything else? Feel fortunate to have such talented dentist.

Absolute great clinic at Blackpool, friendly staff and make you feel really comfortable, give lots of great advise too. Always get a chase up phone call the next day to make sure that you are happy with the service which is fab customer service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
