My little girl was insecure about the gaps in her teeth so we came to synergy and where given options. We chose Invisalign and they are working great the service we have had has been fantastic.

I’m so happy with the treatment I’m having with Synergy Dental. I’ve said in an earlier review that I was nervous having treatment. I am having veneers on my top teeth. I went in last Tuesday 1st July. Asma my dentist made me feel so at ease. She explained everything that was going to be done. I had my composite temporary veneers fitted. I was so happy to actually smile without being embarrassed. I’m having my permanent Porcelain veneers fitted on the 15th July. The Dentist receptionist rang me, just to see how I was feeling. Which I thought was classy. Thank you Synergy.

After recently having my smile makeover completed, I am most certainly over the moon with the results and would definitely recommend. From Emma who I had been speaking to regular from day one who was keeping me updated on everything and was more than helpful, to Dr Karim and his team within the practice who carried out my procedure. They all cannot do enough for you and go through the process step by step making you feel comfortable and at ease. Every question was answered and nothing is too much trouble for them. If you're looking for any dentistry needs, this is the place to go! If you're considering having any work done or unhappy with your current smile, they will have you smiling again as I was very unhappy with my teeth but I haven't stopped smiling since. Thanks again :)

Had my usual check up, all went well my dentist was polite, friendly and very gentle on examination.
As I'm a very nervous patient especially when seeing a new dentist as on this occasion as my usual one has left the practice, I felt at ease, calm and won't worry about having to go back for treatment in the future. Thanks for your good service.

The only reason for me reviewing is due to the customer service agent that was helping me was amazing!
Raheema just made my experience so much more worth while and simple. She is a great example of customer service and just human interaction.
Just wanted to give her huge praise. I didn't have to much of a good experience with the rest of the franchise due to feeling like I became the parcel in pass the parcel.
My enquiry was merely to see if they were able to remove my wisdoms. Raheema had helped me loads but then went on holiday unfortunately. When she was on annual leave I phoned in on the number provided by Raheema and everyone who picked up the phone were not very helpful.

I’m really happy with my experience with synergy and my Journey so far , I’m waiting to have some implants I find them very professional I’ve had my consultation with zuber who was really friendly and welcoming and put me at ease straight away he answered all my questions and concerns .all the staff are friendly and helpful special mention to Hafsa who has been a superstar what a lovely person she is answering all my queries really promptly nothing is to much trouble for her can’t wait to meet her in the flesh when I have my treatment she’s a credit to synergy 😊
