After having cracked a tooth and not being registered to a dentist, I decided to call Synergy to see if they would be able to fit me in. The friendly reception staff managed to find me a cancellation almost immediately and advised me on how the process works. Dr. Samaha was very professional in showing me which steps they would carry out and making sure I was informed through the procedure. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Some good some not so good care. I have had some good experiences where my dentist treated me well and have had some bad experiences where I have felt nervous, not at ease and charged for a filling that I shouldn't have been charged for. I had to argue my right to refund over quite a few weeks. I am now with a new dentist within Synergy and hope they will help me to feel less nervous and able to trust their judgement and work.

It's the only time in my life where I don't fear going to the dentist. My synergy dentist puts me at ease and explains everything he is doing. I wish Synergy would have been around when I was so much younger.

The booking of an appointment is easy either by phone or on-line, your appointment is prompt so there’s very little waiting, the staff are pleasant and very helpful, they offer advice and a choice of costs for treatment and they are very efficient and professional, also thoughtful with our nervous kids.
All in all everything you’d hope for in a visit to a dentist.

Telephoned late afternoon, left voicemail that I was experiencing discomfort , by next morning dental staff said that the prescription would be available at pharmacy after 2pm.

Received absolute fantastic service from this Dentist for my emergency dental treatment.
A special thanks to the whole team especially the receptionist who was very helpful and carries innate customer service skills.

As a nervous client, due to an horrendous experience as a child, I was petrified!
I wish dentists were like this back then.
I was put at ease straight away, no pressure, everything explained, & so gentle!
Every staff member I met was so friendly, & welcoming.

Came to Synergy for my check up and needed a clean. I usually struggle with cleans as the nurses job is difficult. I let the dentist know of the issue and they completed the clean on the same day. The nurse was really understanding and brilliant at using the suction so I could cope with the clean. Looking forward to my check up in 6 months.

Fantastic staff and service, 6 monthly checks ups always on point and as I needed an emergency appointment due to a crunchy cream egg yesterday night 2/2/20 (which was half my filling) I called up in the morning and got seen to with in a few hours.. couldn't ask for more.. Thank you !!

This is a fantastic practice I been with them six years now I did need a implant and fillings when I first started but now with regular checkups it’s fine I would highly recommend

For myself, synergy are good .. as I work away most weeks I can have appointments on Saturdays.
They also understand with my job I may cancel late.
