Very happy with my results. Had a composite bonding done of my front tooth which my old dentist left feeling too big. Synergy left me feeling more confident and looks more exact like my other front tooth.

I’m relatively new to the clinic. My third appointment I had treatment. I’m very happy and comfortable using there service. To say I stayed away from any dentists for years, now it’s not a problem anymore. Cannot find a fault.

Excellent service at synergy (Farnworth) not been to a dentist in years as absolutely petrified from past experience but finally did it and Dr bilal and staff did everything to make me feel comfortable. So excited to start my Invisalign treatment.

Excellent and efficient service. Phoned for an appointment midweek, end of the Week was seen and treatment complete. Such a friendly place staff very pleasant. Lovey clean practice I felt very safe. Would definitely recommend.

I went for a checkup and had a filling in the space of just over a week, back home this would have taken at least 2. Brilliant service and you could tell that all the staff are so good at what they do!

very helpful and freindly staff.had 3 inplants done all in the same day, very professional, although 2 hours In the chair is never a nice experience they did there best to make me feel at ease even to the point of playing my favourite music.have a few more visits yet to complete my treatment but no complaints so far.

I broke my wisdom tooth and rang up for a appointment,and the dentist rang me for a triage,further to the conversation he made a appointment for the Thursday and my tooth was pulled,first class service.....

Brilliant dentist!!
Mahmoud Samaha, is my dentist had a wisdom tooth removal and seven filling 2 of which were deep (should have looked after my teeth better 😕)..... but absolutely brilliant dentist would recommend to anyone, done all the work over 4 appointments and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout and couldn’t feel a thing.

Superb service, I have had numerous visits over the last 12 months and the experience on each occasion has completely pain & stress free, even when a couple of those visits I was in the chair for nearly 2.5hrs.
Dr Lim is excellent, she really takes the time to explain any issues, talks you through the most appropriate treatment. The end result was a superb set of new gnashers which I am extremely pleased with.
I can't recommend Dr Lim and the team highly enough.

Spotless surroundings, friendly staff, Adam is always informative regarding steps in my treatment. Very friendly whilst remaining professional-seems genuinely interested in your care. I have no doubt that the end result (following braces) is going to be fantastic. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! I called for a check-up as I had lost a filling and was booked in for an appointment the next day. The dental practice is covid secure and the staff are all lovely. Everyone who dealt with me was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was seen to promptly and upon finishing my check-up, a slot for the filling was given to me immediately afterwards. I thought the whole process would be long and arduous, with follow-up visits, but I was in and out in an hour. I also received a call the next day asking for feedback on my experience, which shows that patient experience is important to them.

As a dentist dodger for 20 year I finally took the plunge as I knew I needed a filling.
I'm so glad I choose Synergy Dental Clinic Ormskirk Road Preston.
From my first visit to register to my 1st appointment I found all staff very welcoming friendly and professional.
I felt safe and comfortable throughout my appointment and everything was explained to me without any pressure to go ahead if I did not want to.
My dentist surgeon simply explained to me what I needed then left it upto myself to decide what I want to go ahead with in my own time.
Staff were very helpful and rang up in between appointments to check I was ok and had no covid symptoms etc.
Temperature was taken on arrival, lots of hand gel and smiles from behind the desk, and the premises felt very clean and hygienic.
I would recommend Synergy Dental Clinic Ormskirk Road Preston to everybody for care, cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism and price.

I had the worst experience with a dentist who left me through a extraction in pain and i was terrified to go have the tooth out anywhere else. The gentleman at synergy was so comforting and gentle. He removed my tooth without any pain. I can not thank him enough at the wonderful job he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is frightened to go to the dentist.
