Miss Mahmood was as always very patient with me. I suffer from anxiety and she had to stop the process a number of times to offer me reassurance. She is always polite and professional and explains what we need to do to keep out teeth and gums healthy. I foster a young boy who’s dental hygiene is not as it should be, she is patient with him when explaining the consequences of not brushing and cleaning regularly and thoroughly.

Had appointment for 10.30 was out by 10.50 minus two rear teeth very professional no pain quite surprised how quick and painless they did this thank you again

Had 4 teeth removed today, was sedated and felt very at ease by the staff can't thank them enough, especially having bad experiences with other dentist in the past, I will now be registering with synergy dental practice for the rest of my teeth sorting out

I turned up with an absolute disaster of a mouth having had a bad fall. They got me in within days for an extended appointment to make sure the dentist had plenty of time to rearrange and rebuild my teeth.
I cannot express how grateful I am for the gentle care, understanding, all out professionalism and outstanding work that dentist did. Not to mention the care and concern shown by everyone at the practice. I’ve said this before; they don’t just look after your teeth, they look after you too.

I’ve left previous reviews about my treatment with Synergy Dental Adlington. Tuesday 15 July was the day I had my temporary Composite Veneers removed and my Permanent Porcelain Veneers fitted. On my first appointment I was so nervous. I hadn’t been to a Dentist for years. From my first appointment I was informed of the best options for myself. Everything was explained in detail. This put me so at ease. Every appointment after became less stressful for me. I am so happy with the results. I’m able to smile without feeling embarrassed. Could I say a big thank you to the receptionist, Dan, and Asma my Dentist .

Although no actual treatment was done, as the dentist realised that it was a wisdom tooth and also on account of my age(78) he thought it best that the extraction should be conducted in a hospital due to the possible risk of my jaw fracturing and thus referred me.
I am however still awaiting a hospital appointment for this procedure and would appreciate if you could take this up with the hospital dental section.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Chanelle at Synergy Dental Clinic, she was amazing and super friendly and easy to talk to and made the whole experience so comfortable whilst on the phone. I was a bit nervous as I don’t like speaking on the phone but she really helped put me at ease and explained in a way that made total sense.
You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her stuff.
If you’re thinking of booking in, definitely ask for chanelle you won’t regret it.

From the moment of arrival it was clearly a professional establishment. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel relaxed. Because I couldn't climb stairs, the surgeon came down to use a ground floor room. He was friendly and put me at ease. He explained the procedure and all went smoothly.
