I had my Invisalign treatment through Synergy, everything went perfect, the best experience I have had with a Dentist.

Used this dentist for the last few years. Initially, the surroundings were a bit of a building site but they've made significant improvements to the surgery over the years. At no point did it seem to affect the standard of care or cleanliness. The first visit they didn't suggest any work was undertaken but made notes that seemed to coincide with the tracking being undertaken previously. Took x-rays. A few visits later they recommended a couple of fillings - these were completed quickly and efficiently with no pain at all. Eighteen months later and no issues from that treatment.

Excellent service with good advice. My pearly whites have never been so white and cared for. This is all at a reasonable price. I would score them 10/10 for honesty and advisory again 10/10. Reception they will help you with your booking of appointments again 10/10. So easy for disabled patients as you can be seen downstairs upon request. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Had 2 teeth that needed extracting. Visited clinic and they were great. Had my consultation and then the extraction straight away so I didnt have to wait for another appointment and be in pain. Excellent service which I appreciate they cant do every time but I was very grateful for this.

Greeted by a friendly receptionist who confirmed the details held are still correct. After a short wait the consultation took place. Both the dentist and the assistant were friendly and helpful. Everything was explained fully in clear and uncomplicated terms, with an explanation of why the proposed course of treatment was necessary.

I cannot recommend this dentist enough, I had gone to get some advice on a tooth I was worried about from start to finish of my appointment I was reassured and felt very comfortable.
The staff are very welcoming and they give you options as they want to see what works for YOU. :)

I hate dentists but I was so scared but was put at ease straight away... Discussed I needed a check up and teeth cleaning and needed a treatment to whiten my teeth... Red wine and black coffee... Not the best..
Anyway tried the whitening and I'm over the moon alot brighter and very easy to use.. Well and truly happy with my nerves seeing a dentist who calmed me.. Great job

Definitely one of the best dentist experiences I’ve ever had. The dentist himself Dr Mateen is extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to. A very friendly dentist who explains everything in a lot of detail!

I visited the surgery and was able to get quite a quick appointment without much waiting and for a low price too! This practise seemed to be extremely clean and followed all guidelines around covid-19 which reassured me everyone is safe. Then the dentist also went and reviewed of whwt I would like done and considered mine and his professional opinion together to be able to come up with a solution.

Synergy dental practises are more than a dentist. They actually care about your experience and want whats best for you and your budget. Every appointment i attend the day after i always receive a phone call from them asking how my experience was and if everything was good. I've almost finished with my 7 crowns that need doing and have had 4 appointments so far and can't complain. The staff are friendly, helpful, and encourage you to ask as many questions as you want. Everything has been explained to me thoroughly including all options i had. Synergy aren't just here for money making. Their name, standard's and customer satisfaction are priority, and i can honestly say that I've never been as happy with a dentist as i have with Synergy Preston. I never knew places like this existed, so thank you so much to everyone who's helped me through my journey so far. I'm so excited for my finished results by the end of April 2021. Honestly the best dental practice ever.

I would definitely put myself in the category of a very nervous patient so it was a massive step for me to pick up the phone and book . I was recommended by a friend to use synergy so I got myself booked in . All the team are friendly and polite who put you at ease straight away . Always a professional service, i have had invisilign braces here as well as general dental work, fillings, cleaning etc Each time has been a very sucessful experience and the dentists are all friendly and inviting. The reception is inviting and the staff on the desk are very professional and knowledgable. I have had a NHS dentist before and although they were good there is no comparision to the experience with the private dentists. I would highly recommend Synergy Dental.
