I had a Ct scan done of my mouth gums so I could have implants done I had the scan done some weeks ago and nobody has given me the results suffice to say I won't be having them done now very disappointed in the service....

This practice really do put your mind at ease with all treatments.
I’ve had both a root canal and an extraction over the last few years and was terrified on both occasions! Both treatments I left thinking ‘what was I so worried about’.

I visited this dentist because I'd heard good things about their provision for Invisalign. Everything from the initial consultation through to treatment completion and aftercare has been easy, clear and fast; not rushed - just really well paced. I've never struggled to get a timely appointment that suits me - either for the scheduled visits or for the "oh can you just check this for me" stuff that can sometimes happen with Invisalign (always bear that in mind when booking Invisalign anywhere). The staff really go out of their way to accommodate you and to keep everything progressing - and are really friendly and personable to boot. Highly recommended!!

Brilliant service, all 4 wisdom teeth removed within 25 minutes of sitting in the chair. Waited 3 years on the bumbling NHS before I got in touch with synergy dental and had them out within 2 weeks of contacting them, wish I’d of got in touch sooner!

I have dental implants. And twice my bottom ones have come out. I rang them explained my problem and they gave me an appointment right away. They refitted them in 5 minutes and my live was back to normal. Thank you .

I'm a dentist's worst patient only due having had such traumatic experiences in the chair as a young adult. After a full check up with Eugene we started a treatment plan, he listened and really understood my fears. We started slowly with short and comfortable treatments and went from their. Extremely professional with a friendly caring touch. 5 star!!

Had 2 extractions and 10 implant abutment placed in one sitting last Monday.The dentist was very gentle and the whole experience was great.The bruising afterwards was to be expectected and is now disappearing.Good work

Could not recommend Synergy Preston more & we feel really fortunate that our family are patients there. The service care facilities & treatment are absolutely outstanding. The kindness & skill of all the staff are truly impressive. Thanks especially to Ali who is an exceptional dentist, although I have been seen by a couple of the other dentists & they were excellent too. Fabulous surgery.

I absolutely hate dentists. But my experience so far with this dentist has been better than I have ever received. The treatment program they have designed for me seems to be the best going forward. We have even discussed long term plan >6-8 years in the future. I feel at ease knowing I am being looked after properly. And spreading the cost has made it easier to manage the treatment.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because it has been quite difficult to reach the surgery at times. Also repeat phone calls about the same thing from different staff. A very minor thing, as all the staff are very friendly and the practice seems very professional.

I had been considering going to Turkey for porcelain veneers for some time but after coming across synergy dental and there great customer reputation I decided to book an appointment with them to look at my options. From my first point of contact Synergy have been amazing.
After my initial consultation I was advised that invisalign would be the best option for me. I was a little unsure at first as I didn't feel I would get the result I had dreamt about.
After lots of consideration I made the choice to go for invisalign which for myself only work out at around 3.5/ 4 months ( 14 trays).
I used the finance company that Synergy recommended which was 0% Apr and again a very easy process.
I have now finished all my invisalign treatment and so happy with my results.
The total cost was very competitive with other dental surgery's and the whole team have been amazing.
I would highly recommend Synergy dental to everyone I know.

I normally go to NHS dentists so I didn’t know what to expect from private, the experience was so much more friendly and kind. I was well informed about how to take care of my gum disease as previously I’d just been told to “brush my teeth more”. I now know how to care for it properly and don’t feel as nervous about coming to the dentist.
