I have been petrified of the dentist for years but was really reassured on my recent visit. They reassured me that I could stop at any moment if I wanted to. As it turned out, I didn't need to stop, mainly because I wanted to get it over with, but to have the option really helped.

I recently visited for some fillings and was reassured, when I expressed that I was nervous, that we could go at my own pace and we could stop of needed. It really helped me, knowing I had that option, even though I did not pause, mainly because I wanted it to end quickly. I have been petrified of the dentist for years but felt in total safe hands.

The receptionist was brilliant and friendly while being very busy and multi tasking so full marks for receptionist at Blackburn rd surgery ! Excellent tbh ! Didn't get her name but she was lovely! The young lady who took me upstairs to my appointment was friendly and welcoming so well done there too! The dentist who did my work was efficient, quick and friendly and professional! I was very nervous and he was nice and friendly.his customer care was good tbh .I had a full filling unexpected,a bit feels rough behind my tooth so needs smoothing out tbh but I was happy with my treatment tbh but would like it smoothed out as got a sharp edge in mouth . dentist was excellent and would recommend this practice! He was kind and considerate as I was nervous.would really recommend this practice.

On the 18.01.23 I attended the dentist to remove my wisdom teeth which was really painful however I was advised by other practitioners to go dental hospital but the doctor in the surgery told me not to worry and dealt with my issue very polite and professional highly recommended. The dentist was a lovely lady unfortunately I have forgotten her name but my appointment was at 10:30

Couldn't fault the service at Adlington staff very pleasant Dentist assistant chats and looks after you especially when suction pipe in your mouth, very gentle Dentist was brilliant explains everything and no pressure very reassuring would recommend

Great place very professional with friendly staff that know what they are doing. Just had an appointment on Monday 23rd at 11.10 and everything went smoothly. Dentists can be scary for anyone but the lady that took care of my teeth knew exactly what to do and was gentle when working on them. She was of great assistance when deciding on what to do with my chipped tooth. They feel and look great now! Would highly recommend!

Rebecca and her assistant Ellie were excellent. They carefully explained my treatment and handled me with kids gloves as I don’t like going to the dentist. Probably my best dentist experience ever - and I’m in my 60’s so have had a few!! Thanks ladies.

I visited on the 26th January for a couple of fillings, hygienist treatment & invisalign consultation. Sana is very informative & very easy to talk to, a breath of fresh air! The practice was very busy when I attended but there was minimal waiting time. Dan did my Invisalign scans & photographs and made it a relaxing & enjoyable experience, top fella. All the staff here have great energy & it’s a pleasure to visit.
