Since it's beginnings in 1751, The Shoulder of Mutton has been an important part of village life.
From the early days of cock fighting and The Old Holcombe Game Fowl Show, to it's historic links with World War 2 when it's cellars were used as shelter, The Shoulder of Mutton is firmly cemented as part of the local community.

This family friendly Country Pub and Restaurant offers a great selection of real ales plus Sunday Lunches using locally sourced ingredients. Dog friendly in the bar area, your 4 legged friends are catered for too, with water bowls and treats available.

From the Grill you can choose from a range of steaks and burgers with homemade sauces and the usual sides.
