Booked a table for 17 30 Walshaw., Arrived 17:25 table clearly marked as reserved with my name on it . Sat down and served with a couple of minutes. Fabulous staff very attentive. Sunday roast dinner absolutely superb , 12 out of 10 excellent, top notch chef. Lucky to be also entertained by Dawson on guitar, overall a brilliant experience and not for the first time.. Service is always on form. This place is a real gem, i would recommend to anyone.

What a lovely restaurant with really helpful and friendly staff.My wife has only been here for 2 days so far and she has eaten more in 2 lunches than she had eaten in the last few weeks.The food is not only fresh but also delicious.

Average food (lentil soup with sourdough), took nearly half an hour, the tea and latte were okay. Ambience was also okay, the waitress serving us was very sweet and friendly.

We visited here for the first time this Mother’s Day and we were surprised we hadn’t been before really as it’s so close to us.
I managed to change some parts of the sandwiches which was helpful beforehand so I knew my parents would eat them !! Very helpful lady took the details .
Didn’t have to pay a deposit which made a nice change as most places you do for special

All the food was lovely and fresh and plentiful. There was a great variety of savouries but would have liked to have something like an eclair or a butterfly cake etc rather than a square of sponge with pastry on seeing though there was pastry on the sausage rolls and quiche.
The cream jam and scones were really nice
A lovely touch to finish the occasion, we were given a bunch of tulips as we left each
Staff were all great and would definitely come back again to try the every day/evening menu

This was our first time here
We had booked a table for 6 people - good idea as it was quite busy. We were served drinks quickly, but had to wait some time for food - when it arrived it was very good 👍 We will be going again

Well, what an amazing little find for me this evening. If your passing or you know this little gem please make sure you spend a little time enjoying everything this beautiful little venue has to offer.
Me an my Mary stumbled across this place while looking for a nice brew in the cold while waiting for my nephew at football training and it didn't fail to deliver (although we almost unknowingly crashed their very well attended quiz night).
From the beautiful decor that will immediately make you feel so invited to the overwhelmingly welcoming smiles, attentiveness and great severity your sure to feel a home from home. All this alongside the wide range of sumptuous delights of their food offerings and licensed bar and it all can't go without mentioning the community focused quiz nights and events that have happening there's guaranteed to be something everyone and the family.
Be sure to book for their busiest time so your not left wanting. Finally a huge thank you to the the staff who provided such wonderful service and welcome in such a short visit for myself and my bestie tonight.

Overall a good experience. Food took a while (around half an hour) to arrive however they did say it would be a bit of a wait once we had ordered. I ordered salt and pepper chips with my wrap but they tasted no different to normal chips. The food was tasty though and it's good value for money. I paid £13.50 (inc tip) for a wrap and fries and a deluxe hot chocolate.

Had my daughters baby shower at Cosalea today What a lovely experience The staff were great room is perfect nice and quiet although we weren’t Safe for children able to dress it up for the occasion Food was tremendous and plentiful and a lovely selection. Staff were happy for us to take food home and supplied boxes Would recommend for events such as this 😊

I was on a training course upstairs from the cafe and only knew about this amazing cafe.
During my break I ordered bacon, cranberry and brie which was amazing.
I then came back later on sameday as I enjoyed it with my family after dancing class at MKDA.
We ordered hot chicken burger, homemade beef & potato pie and two kids meals.
The staffs and chef were very professional.
