I can thoroughly recommend Ponds Northwest. They quoted for replacing the rotting sleepers with tiled breeze-blocks and installing a new weir. From the moment Dave came round to assess the situation until this morning when the pond was completed they have been a fantastic firm with which to do business. Carla was so patient, cheerful and helpful whenever I called and the group of lads who did much of the work were all hard working, polite and friendly. They were a joy to be with and very supportive when I had questions . So good were they that I will miss their company! The invoice was exactly as quoted initially. Thank you Dave and your team for an excellent, professional job well done.

This is the first time I have used Ponds Northwest and I have found them to be very reliable and informative giving me lots of tips and information that previous pond cleaners have not. Ponds Northwest have been brilliant from start to finish. Carla, Dave and Annette have all been extremely helpful on the 'phone and via text. Connir, the technician who carried out the full clean of my pond was also brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company if you need any work doing to your pond. I will be using them again, without a doubt, and have already booked an annual maintenance visit for next Spring. HKS - Lancashire.

Called on Ponds Northwest as my stone waterfeature was not working. I was informed of the call-out fee, and after sending them a few pictures of the water feature the costs for a repair or replacement of the pump.
Connor was the engineer who came out to do the job, he jeot me informed all the way through and showed me at each stage what was wrong. A very efficient polite young man who knew his stuff very well
I was overall very impressed by the full service offered by Ponds Northwest a d woukd not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you my lovely water feature is now back to its best and I can hopefully enjoy sunny days in the garden listening to the trickle of water again

Firstly i would like to say thank you to Dave he is a very nice guy who has helped us with our water issues and poorly fish after another company we had too set us up failed us. Dave has been nothing but helpful and has so much knowledge aiding our fish back to health. He has got back to us in a very timely manner and really cares about our fish. If your looking to set up a pond have any maintenance or fish issues I would highly recommend them. Again thank you Dave from me, liam and out water babies

Fantastic all round experience from fish pond experts! We inherited a fish pond and wanted to rehome the fish when the house sold…was quickly running out of time when I spotted a Pond’s Northwest van in my area. Googled them and reached out with my predicament. They happily agreed to help with my ‘part built’, ‘all the gear but no idea’, diy solution. The day came and the two guys who arrived were amazing! The pond was lined and filled within a couple of hours, the fish caught and rehomed later in the day, they were full of advice, very friendly and patient. Will 100% use them again and am already investigating their maintenance packages. I mean if I’m going to become a fish keeper then I need all the help I can get to do it properly and Ponds Northwest are now my go to experts. We have Ponds Northwest here to do spring maintenance of the pond. The pond was made over 20 years ago by Dave and his associate at the time. Still a great feature in our garden. Would certainly recommend them.

Dave from Ponds Northwest built my pond approximately 10 years ago, and has been maintained by him since, his son Connor has done the pond the last few years. They operate to a very high standard. So my pond runs great all year round. Highly recommend this company. Pete Molyneux.

I am delighted with the work carried out yesterday afternoon. Jake cleaned the pond, did the necessary maintenance and once he had finished, the pond looked like new.
