I was very impressed with the speed of response to what was a potentially sensitive service recovery situation, that required collection from home, delivery to another home as soon as possible. Rob arrived to collect the parcel, identified himself in smart uniform and liveried vehicle, all of which reflected very well at the other end. As we work in a service business, we value good service when we are on the receiving end, and Rob helped us turn around a potentially sensitive situation and leave everybody feeling satisfied. I had multiple trips for him to pick things up and do a house removal and he did them all no problem.Also everything was handled carefully and put where I wanted it and the price at the end was amazing value and will use parcelfast again for sure. Thank you!

Rob from ParcelFast is a really efficient and reliable courier. He has been collecting my grocery from local supermarkets over the last few weeks. Rob collected my click and collect order from Rawtenstall Asda, even though i live in bury and he also went 9 hours later than originally booked due to an error on Asda's techincal department. Rob went later with no issues and delivered my shopping to my front door contactless with a big smile. Ill defo be using Rob for anything i need in the future. I can't recommend Rob enough. Bargain service for putting himself at risk so others can have food. Amazing

Thank you so much to Rob at ParcelFast. His supermarket collection service has been enormously helpful for us over the past month. Not worrying about having to go out to collect groceries has meant we have one less thing to think about and can focus on our business. He's collected luxury items such as fresh and frozen foods as well as essentials such as Gin, Prosecco and Dog treats. He's an absolute pleasure to deal with and always delivers on time. We enjoy our little doorstep chats (at a safe distance of course) as Rob unloads the van and pops the shopping bags on the doorstep. A fabulous local business who has adapted the way he works to ensure the local community can continue to access supermarkets during Covid-19. Highly Recommended.

Let me explain. I live in Liverpool. The guys who manufactured my fence panels in North Wales stopped making them and I needed another 20 to finish the job.
I did a Google search and found another manufacturer who could make this type of panel in Bingley, West Yorkshire 70 miles away! Delivery not an option. So what to do?
Another Google search for someone who could collect and deliver fence panels and Rob's name (ParcelFast) came up. The reviews were great so I dropped him an email. He said he could do the job and came back with a quote. Very reasonable.
So now that I knew the panels could be delivered I was able to go ahead and order them. As soon as they were ready Rob collected and delivered them. I even got a call to confirm he had collected them and he was on his way. I'd like to say he arrived bang on time time but he didn't - he was two minutes early!
Very professional. Nothing too much trouble. Thanks again Rob!

The level of service was exceptional the driver was very courteous and helpful. Even though the goods were heavy he made sure they were placed where they were required.

Went to B&M (Crostons, Bury) this morning, Fri 27th Apr, for 5 off, 6 x 6ft fence panels (superb quality at £17.99 each). They were in stock but I needed them delivering today. The staff member/chap at B&M, made a quick call to Rob, & said yes can be done today. Based on that, I purchased the fence panels, & was told they would be with me in 35 minutes. Sure enough, true to their word, the fence panels (delivered by Rob, the driver) were with me in about 30 minutes. Superb delivery service, & a nice, helpful chap too, 'thanks Rob, your an absolute credit to your company & highly recommended'. NW, Bankhouse Rd, Bury.
