Very impressed with the service I received from Lacey's -contacted Lacey's to move/upgrade a radiator with a modern upright version . I was so happy with the radiator design and the friendly high quality fitting service that I decided to replace/upgrade another 3 radiators! Very happy with the result! Lacey Plumbing came highly recommended to us & now we can do the same. Following a competitive quote from Mike a full central heating installation with all new radiators was scheduled. We also needed a gas fire safety-testing & the services of a plaster which was all arranged for us. Baz, a one man squad of heating engineers, completed the majority of the work in less than 4 days but accommodated the other work we had going on in the house at the time, and came back to finish off when necessary. Communication from the Office Team & customer service has been excellent throughout & we'd like to say thank you for all the help, advice & product after care too. Lacey Plumbing provide a very efficient & tidy service and treat your property with the utmost respect, even when it resembles a building site.

Once again Rebecca at Lacey Plumbing has helped one of our landlord clients out of a very sticky situation, and provided a detailed and affordable quotation for his replacement boiler. They never just try and sell you a new boiler, if they genuinely believe they can repair your current boiler, and not waste your time or money in fitting new parts. The fact they now offer finance is good, and servicing, as it helps spread the costs, and avoid surprises. I have not only used Lacey Plumbing on our managed property portfolio, as a local letting agent, but I have also used them at my own home with great confidence. The engineer was so clean, and tidied up before he left! You're always guaranteed service with a smile and they provide me and my business with real peace of mind!
