Paul is a thoroughly decent person who is friendly, caring, reliable and knowledgeable. He worked on our own home moving an existing boiler and associated pipework, installing new radiators throughout, fitting a new water meter with pipework etc. In my second property, Paul supplied and fitted a new boiler at short notice at a very competitive price. All his work is done to a high standard and to this day never had any issues with the work he has done.

I had a preexisting issue with my boiler, but after some trial and error, it has finally been resolved! Hoorah! The engineer, Paul, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly yet professional and successfully resolved my boiler problem. I am extremely satisfied with his work.

I have been a customer for years and cannot speak too highly of the workmanship and standard or service, especially since I have been a pensioner living alone. The prompt response in times of crisis like a winter boiler breakdown has been a lifesaver. Brilliant!

After using several plumbers in the area for emergencies and receiving service that was less than reliable I am extremely impressed with Paul at PAW Heating and Plumbing. My call was returned quickly and Paul was very helpful. He fitted us in the next day. He was friendly and provided excellent value for money. He offered us lots of advice and said he could come back if we had anymore problems. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber in the Bury area.

What a relieve to find a heating engineer who knows what he is doing and more importantly, is honest. Not only did Paul run a new pipe to my gas fire, he did it that was piece of art. It was very well installed with the bends in the pipe that was created by and artisan. He was also very knowledgable and informative relating to gas fires and I am sure in all of his trade. There was no mess at the end of the installation and the tea cups were washed. A very agreeable person to deal with with a pleasing manner. I am very satisfied with the work that he did and would not hesitate in calling for his help in the future.

PAW.. Were reccommended to me when my Ancient old Cylinder Boiler recently packed up & died. They had started the job within 36 hours of ringing & getting a quote & finished within 2 days of starting. This was a conversion from an old Cylinder to a Combi & the location of the pipes was a challenge. However Paul & Rick were superbly professional, informative & clean in their line of duty. 5 stars from me & happy to reccomend to anyone.

Contacted PAW plumbers having to need to install a new kitchen tap and reconfigure the kitchen waste pipe work, prompt and reliable service the work undertaken was of a high standard at a very competitive price. Will not not hesitate to use PAW again.
