Contacting Grow your Mindset via a Google search was quite a risk - but after some conversations over the phone I quickly felt super confident that Gemma was more than capable to deliver 2 days of workshops and a parent presentation about Growth Mindset. The sessions were engaging and powerful, each bespoke to the different age groups of our school: nursery to KS3. Gemma’s parent presentation was pitched perfectly with a mix of experience and evidence. She connected with the parents and conversations have been instigated between all stakeholders since. I cannot recommend this company more highly for an informative, but also practical, introduction to Growth Mindset. We will definitely be having them back to continue to develop our learning. It has it made such a difference to how we talk to the pupils and how they respond too!

Grow your mindset has been a really good session. You never stop learning no matter how qualified you are. Growing your mind is positive for yourself and others. Gemma provided very useful tactics / information to help better myself and the other children. Stepping out of my comfort zone, trying new challenges and use the performance and learning zones while teaching.

Liz and Gemma from Grow Your Mindset came to work with our 2 form entry primary school from Reception to Year 6. The feedback from teachers was all incredibly positive and the children were engaged and left the assembly and workshops with a noticeable shift in attitude. She delivers a personable and engaging presentation, sharing the history and the science… yes science supporting this subject matter. It led me to reflect and analyse my own fixed mindset and really helped target the main blocks I face. I would say this is an essential learning course before embarking on business coaching, project management, changes to workplace cultures etc as it is the keystone to fundamental change.

The biggest thing for me was realising we act in both fixed and growth depending on the situation and either is fine, as long as we understand that and work towards opening our minds to growth/acting differently.
As you mentioned the image and perceived perception online is that we HAVE to be growth otherwise it's negative and shown in red and before being in your presence I would say it affected me mentally.
You have changed my perception on mindset and I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend Grow Your Mindset to anyone!

I am someone who has worked on my own mindset for over 20 years and am always looking to better myself with books and training etc. I attended the Introduction to Growth Mindset training with an open mind but not expecting very much that was new to me. I was wrong the training was excellent. I am definitely more aware and educated as a result of the training. I feel everyone would benefit from this training for personal or business reasons. The course materials and Gemma’s delivery and knowledge was first class. I would definitely recommend Grow Your Mindset.
