I spent 8 years trying to learn how to drive, I went threw many driving instructors and none suited me, I suffer with bipolar disorder and severe anxiety and this makes it difficult for me with new people in new situations but then I came across GDT and graham made me feel comfortable straight away, he was relaxed and completely understanding when I explained my condition and this put me at ease. It was a very long journey from me starting with Graham about a year and a half and he never once gave up on me or lost his enthusiasm for the lessons in fact he did everything he could to make things as comfortable as he could for me. There isn't possibly a way I could express how grateful I am to graham for being such an amazing instructor and I know if it wasn't for him I would not have gone on to pass my test. I would highly recommend GDT to anybody looking to start driving as I have done many times already, in my opinion Graham goes above and beyond for everyone he teaches and this is what makes him and GDT so special!

So happy I've passed my test today thanks to Sharon Ashurst. She has been a brilliant instructor lovely and calm and made me feel at ease when I was nervous. I would defiantly recommend her to everyone. Thankyou Sharon!

Graham taught me to drive 4 years ago and we still keep in touch now.

Have recently been out with Graham on the #driveforjosh charity event, in which "experienced" drivers re-take their driving test in the aide of the Joshua Wilson brain tumour charity. Despite the 13 years experience I have clocked up behind the wheel I managed to fail on some really eye opening things. Would recommend people to have a refresh once in a while (in fact it should be compulsory). Graham is a picture of calmness, if he's still in the game in 12 years I'll send me daughter out with him. :)

well what can i say. started my lessons with Graham and from the very first lesson he made feel at ease and comfortable behind the wheel, he would always explain things in simple terms so there was no confusion and you knew exactly what you was doing. A really nice guy and someone who you can have a laugh with but also get the knowledge you need to pass your test, , i would highly recommend GDT to anybody who wants to start there lessons. gunna miss you buddie

Massive thanks to Graham for getting me to pass both theory and practical tests!! Would highly recommend to anyone learning to drive. Very friendly and patient instructor who won't put you forward unless he knows you're ready. Also had a hand in me finding my new car so doubley grateful!! Looking forward to motorway lessons now.

I passed my test first time thanks to graham and the GDT team. Every lesson was as good as the first I never felt under pressure whilst learning with graham. Anyone thinking of driving lesson's for the near future has to pick GDT you be mad not too.

What can I say? GDT has got to be one of the best driving schools if not the best in bury! I have just recently passed my driving test with my instructor Graham! He is lovely and one of the nicest, genuine, most patient man to have lessons with. I can honestly say without Graham I wouldn't have passed and certainly wouldn't have had the confidence to pass both my theory and practical tests. I'm definitely going to be recommending GDT to all my friends and family. I'm going to miss my lessons with Graham but looking forward to starting my motorway lessons in the next few weeks! Thank you for everything Graham!!!!!
