I honestly can't recommend Graham enough ... If he can calm me down (those who know me will fully get why this is an achievement ha) and make me feel at ease behind the wheel then he can pretty much take on the world ! Not only is he the best driving instructor I've ever had he is also a genuinely nice guy...

Graham can easy adapt his teaching style to fit individual needs which really helped me deal with my anxiety and dyslexia. He is very enthusiastic, motivational, funny and passionate and doesn't give up, eventually you'll pass.

Graham at GDT has recently taught our daughter to drive. Not just to pass a test but to drive safely and competently. His patience, humour and professionalism shines through. He kept us updated at every stage and advised us how to support her. She passed with flying colours last week and is now flying solo in a very calm and confident manner. I would highly recommend Graham and we will be returning to GDT in 18 months when our son turns 17. Thanks Graham

This is a review from a different perspective. I passed my driving test over 20 years ago so I'm not writing as a pupil. So why, you may ask? As a team member of thebestofbury I see so many fabulous reviews coming through for Graham and so this week found out why. I became the back seat passenger whilst one of his pupils went out for a lesson. His patience, encouragement and reassuring approach along with his fun and larger than life personality just go to show why so many people choose him as their instructor. If I were learning again, he'd be my first choice too!

I started lessons with Graham after switching to him from another instructor I had zero confidence and was on the verge of giving up ! From the first lesson Graham reassured me,he listened to my worries and found ways to help me understand which helped with my anxiety (which was pretty bad ).As time progressed I became more confident and in Oct 2016 I finally passed my driving test . I hand on heart truly believe I would not have passed my driving test if Graham had not have been my instructor ! After passing my test and getting a new car came the nightmare of going at it alone,stalling was my new best friend and was getting me down . I asked Graham if he could possibly spare some time to come out with me in my new car to give me some tips . He made the time even though he was extremely busy to do this and now I feel much more confident. I said to someone just yesterday I feel sorry for people who don't learn to drive with Graham, I genuinely do think he is one of the best driving instructors there is . I'm about to give him 5 stars but if I could I'd give him 10 !!!!!

I honestly couldn't of wished for a better instructor. Graham helped me with my major fear of hills and my lack of confidence. He has a brilliant way of explaining everything in a way that sticks in your head. I honestly don't think I could of passed with anyone else. So it's been a long time coming, its been on it's been off there's been lots of tears and lots of tantrums /swearing 🙊🙈 but today I passed my driving test 2nd time lucky, I literally would not have been able to do it without Graham Evans and that is not just a usual pass day thank you it's from the actual heart, I do believe without his help I would have given up .. Only he knows what I mean/how it's been and I am so grateful .👍👍👍...

Graham is an amazing, patient and funny instructor. After having 32 lessons with someone else and not learning anything i decided to look for another instructor, i stumbled onto grahams website and after reading his amazing reviews decided to get in touch. From the first lesson i was already learning new things and couldnt believe how much progress i made in such a short amount of time. He has a real gift for making you feel at ease and boosting your confidence, everytime i felt i couldnt do something he could instantly turn that around especially on test day. Wednesday morning became the highlight of my week and the only downside of passing is that ill miss his funny charm. I would recomend everyone to graham. He went beyond and above in my lessons

Graham is an amazing instructor and did a fantastic job of getting me ready for my driving test 3 weeks before we initially booked my test for. I couldn't have asked for more from him he gave up his Friday evenings with the wife for my lessons as it was the only time I could fit a driving lesson in around work and family. I recommend him to anyone looking to do there driving lessons and getting on the road , I feel he has given me great advice for my driving beyond my pass. I'm 50+.... tried, and failed, to learn to drive in my 20s. All my life since I just accepted that driving wasn't for me, that I was just one of those people that wasn't a natural born driver.
2016 rolls round... And I need to learn to drive. GDT was recommended to me... So I started lessons. I was a nervous wreck... 20mph felt like speeding... I still had all my old doubts.
Today I passed my test :-) Graham is super calm, super supportive, and makes lessons fun.. Whatever stage you're at in your driving journey.
If he can get me driving... And enjoying it... He can teach anyone! Can't recommend highly enough :-)

After being told most of my life I can't do, I won't do i have finally put wrong the doubters thanks to Graham and GDT team who helped me gain my pass certificate. Graham is a patient, friendly, funny but sometimes sarcastic (lol) driving instructor who gave me the complete confidence to pass my test. We had many giggles along the way and put me straight at ease in my very first lesson. I thank the GDT team who will go out of the way to help. I would truly recommend GDT to anyone they are very patient and friendly. I'd like to thank the whole GDT team especially Graham for giving me the confidence I never had and a new lease of life cheers guys xx

I was a bit nervous when I first started my driving lessons, but Graham put me at ease from my very first lesson. I have just passed my test first time today with graham he was so patient and motivated me into wanting to pass and always gave me constructed feedback which I have learned from. If for any reason I couldn't make a lesson due to work he made sure he could fit me or he worked around it so I didn't miss out. He explained everything clearly and always checked my understanding by going over it again on my next lesson. I would highly recommend graham if you are looking for a driving instructor I defiantly couldn't of done it without him and I just want to say thank you.
