Such a great experience with Fortis from measurement to installation.
John was out within a couple of days to measure up and provided a quote a few days afterwards.
Installation was booked in to the timeframe we were provided. The installation took place over two days and was done to an incredible standard, the team were friendly and professional with everything cleaned up once the installation was finished.
We are so happy with the result and cannot recommend the team enough.

Fortis installed all new windows and patio doors into my property and they have done a brilliant job and are very professional. Attention to detail is awesome and the new windows are fabulous.
Start to finish Fortis have been clear on communication and next steps. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any new double glazed windows.

Had my whole house and patio doors fitted by these guys Charlie and Dave who were so efficient and speedy. They were neat and tidy with no mess whatsoever. It's as though they just slotted them in. They were lovely lads and nothing was too much trouble. I am over the moon with the overall result. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend fortis, we wanted a new front and back door, they arranged a home visit to show us all the options, explained everything including the different furnishing available. They were open about price and didn’t force us to go with them or upsell anything, just offered what we wanted. They mocked up four different designs for us so we could see what it would look like.
Shipping took a while, 7 weeks, but this didn’t bother us, they also communicated the delay which was appreciated. They fitted both doors in a few hours and they’re both such good quality. Cost £3.6k total which we felt was reasonable for the quality and design. Very happy, thank you

Amazing fast and responsive service . I rang on Monday morning as I was unable to close the window . I was going to be leaving the property vacant later that day . I cannot thank the team enough who listened to my concerns , asked me to send pictures and sent a team that afternoon to fix it . Fabulous customer service . No mess. This is the second time I've used this local company, this time to change the back door (I always hated the offset door the developer fitted. Fortis listened to what I wanted to achieve and centralised the door which suits the property much more.

I have recently used Fortis Windows on brand new windows and doors to a vacant property. John was exceptional on seeing the project through as was slightly complex as wall to rear of property needed to be repaired prior to installation took place.
John not only took control of project providing minimal stress for me as the client but also extremely compassionate and emphatic as the property was due to passing of family member.
He guided me through different options and provided professional opinion on each scenario.
What I thought was going to be difficult situation John and his team made the project completely seamless from start to finish.

Fortis recently installed a new bow window at the front of my house. The process was friendly and thoroughly professional from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the way the installers (Dave and his assistant) coped with the horrendous weather on the day - intermittent rain, hail and snow plus strong winds with a few brief dry & sunny intervals - quite heroic I thought. They didn't allow the foul weather to affect the quality of their work, the result is really first class. They made a pretty good job of tidying up afterwards too. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent local company for any further work.

Excellent work completed by two skilled workmen. We had replacement double glazing units fitted into hardwood frames. This was the only firm we could find local to us that would both supply and fit the units. We would recommend them.
