Absolutely Brilliant work done by Fortis windows to install a new front door and a double glazed window to my house in Ramsbottom. Dave and Charlie did a first class job (maybe it was the chocolate biscuits that kept them going!).<br><br>Seriously though I could not be any more pleased.<br>I had a very old front door and I know it wasn't a straight forward job to replace but the work carried out is outstanding. I decided to opt for the "Rock door" which is a bit more expensive than the average but the build quality is superb and looks fantastic ( see photo)<br><br>Excellent communication from start to finish from 1st contact to finishing the job. And a very competitive price. I would completely 100% recommend this company.<br><br>Thank you guys and girls (Pam) for being brilliant at your work!

Excellent, experienced and professional team from Fortis Windows completed a service on both my external UPVC Doors. 1 door nearly 20-years-old and the other 5-years-old. Both doors now operate as good as the day they were installed - will use Fortis Windows for all future jobs

Fortis recently helped me get a new front window arranged when our window frame was damaged from attempted burglary. I decided to upgrade our front door at the same time to make the house more secure and draft proof. They were kind and patient with me when I needed to re arrange the fitting appointment twice due to bereavement and the poor weather. The guys who came were polite, professional, efficient and did a great job fitting the new window and door. They also cleaned up properly after themselves. The new front door and laminated windows look very smart and are high quality, secure and fitted perfectly. The front door feels very solid, high quality and draftproof. I feel this is a very worthwhile upgrade and has increased the safety and security of the house. I am very pleased with the Fortis products and service. Thank you very much.

Absolutely stella job on the work completed by Fortis Windows. Had a front door fitted which is amazing to view. Professional and efficient. Aftercare, they replace a broken kitchen window locking unit without any issue. Would 100% recommend these guys. I will be going to them for any future work.

Great experience for my first time using Fortis. Very helpful on the initial call and great communication over WhatsApp from Pam to arrange the visit to complete the works, which were all done quickly and professionally. Took a week or so for the invoice to arrive to make payment but cost was very reasonable and online payment very easy. Will definitely come back in the future. Thanks

Fortis have just replaced our front and back doors along with six windows, we are delighted with the results. Their service has been excellent throughout the process. Graham completed the survey and Ste, Danny and Charlie fitted the windows and doors. The work was completed to a high standard and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. They respected our property and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

Used them again for replacing my patio windows following an attempted break in. They were quick to respond and offered quotes for upgraded glass and considered other options but in the end they recommended a solution which was fast, efficient and provided an ideal upgrade to improve security. There was no pressure or upselling just good sound advice at a reasonable price.<br>The fitters did a great job very quick, neat and tidy. They took away the boarding cleaned and hovered all the glass bits away. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service received from Fortis. They assessed the issue with our patio doors and locks, offering the possibility of servicing and adjusting them. Their advice was honest (no attempt to suggest the unit needed replacing) and realistic, the price charged very reasonable. After a recent burglary, we contacted Fortis to come and quote for a new door.<br>They turned up straight away, polite and professional. We ordered our door after being sent options and different prices which we appreciated, other companies gave us a time frame of 4-5 weeks. Fortis turned it around in less than 2 weeks and we are so happy with our new ROCK stable door. Thanks again guys!
