Although I was really apprehensive about undertaking the 3 day First Aid at Work course Sean was fabulous and put us at ease. The practicals were really helpful and gave me more confidence should I have to provide first aid in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending Seans services to anyone.

3 day first aid at work course
We had our first aid course this week held by Sean. He was very imformative and made the practicals easy and interesting in a way all students could learn and adapt in different situations without panicking. I enjoyed this course very much and would recommend this trainer again. Great sense of humour and very polite.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was informative, fun, engaging and was delivered in a way where information retention was made easy.
I have recommended this course to all who have been looking into doing First Aid Training. I especially like the fact that this course was delivered as part of an NVQ course I did as part of a Work Skills Programme, but the delivery was as professional as if I had paid for the course myself. The tutors were very approachable and somewhat humorous! If you want to do first aid, choose F.A.S.T. I'm very glad I now have the knowledge to save a persons life and deal with incidents and accidents correctly. Thank you all at F.A.S.T, you were amazing.
