I attended a 3 day First Aid at work course, the instructor soon had everyone relaxed and the whole course was really informative and helpful. I feel much more confident in dealing with any situations where needed after the practicals, especially using different defibrillators. Definitely recommended!

Sean is an excellent trainer. He combines expert knowledge and charm to keep the training interesting and light. The delivery of info is rapid - you'll learn quickly. If you need more time Sean happily answers every question with more detail. I'll certainly return to Sean to top up my First Aid training in the future.

I just have a Fire Marshall training course at my work and was pleasantly surprised. He was friendly and interesting and managed to make a subject that could easily be long and dull, very interested and fun.
