Our driveway and back patio looks fantastic, the work is impeccably done, and multiple neighbours have admired it. However, the communication from this company is appalling, I original start date of 30th of November, arrived, and with no communication, nobody turned up. This was repeated several times over the next few weeks. There was occasional communication, but never consistently. It was then decided to move the start date into the new year due to the Christmas period. Start date became the 4th January, which arrived, and once again nobody turned up. We eventually managed to speak to the owner, who said the weather the following week would be much better. When asked the question, 'would this be completed within the week', he assured us it would. The eventual finish date, was the 25th of February. Whilst we understand Brish weather is unpredictable, and that certain parts of the driveway couldn't be done under certain temperatures, this wouldn't have been an issue had they communicated with us regularly, as opposed to just not turning up.

Very disappointed in the mess that was left, the whole back lawn was covered in gravel and stones, as well as little bits of concrete. We contacted the owner, and expressed our dismay, he came out same day to have a look, and stated they would re-turf it. The following week they leveled the lawn and reseeded it. A month later this is the result, patchy grass, which looks horrendous.

If you are using this company, expect a fantastic drive, but make sure to budget for cleaning up afterwards.

I have just had my driveway done by Complete Driveways and how marvellous the workmen worked. They were friendly, polite and funny as well. They were all very experienced and a few little things cropped up but nothing was a problem to them and completed it in a professional manner. Complete drive way designs ramsbottom did our driveway and back garden, the work men were great throughout allowing us access to our property whilst working and were clean and tidy throughout and on completion of the job came back to seal and clean the concrete. Firstly, we had our driveway concrete printed and from Claire coming round to give us our quote right up to the job being finished we had a great experience with everyone involved. All the guys who came to do the job were fantastic. Professional and with excellent eye for detail. The driveway looks amazing and nobody can tell it’s printed concrete, they think it’s all flagged. We had such a great experience we decided to have the garden done too. This was a much bigger job and weather was against us but they were there every day anyway doing the jobs they could! We had the garden split to look like decking at the top, wall built in the middle and the rest to look like old block paving. We also had fake grass in the middle. Great value for money and we recommend this company to everyone we know.

I had the rear Outside space of my property in Ramsbottom completely ripped out and replaced with immaculate imprinted concrete. The final result is fantastic, the operatives who did the job where professional, polite and on time every day! Also the surveyor / sales person Claire was fantastic, informative, helpful and the ultimate professional a credit to CD Designs. I would highly recommend! Thanks Stephen

This company appears to have a lot of 5 star ratings, but we have not had a great experience with them. The initial communication on the day of the consultation with Amanda was fine, she was very informative and helpful. She said we would receive a pack in the post with regards to the Job and plans, we never received this pack ? We had no communication near the start date about the teams coming out to do the job. I had to contact them and they informed me the job was put back a week but no contacted us to let us know!? .... the men eventually turned up to dig the foundations, then leaving us for over a week again with no communication. Today I have had to contact them again as the men said we will see you next week to finish off and lay the concrete, today no one has turned up and again no communication?? I have contacted them today again and I am awaiting my answer? Thus is the story of the job so far! So I am hoping the finished product will make up for some of the errors on their part. But I wouldn’t recommend them for their communication or time management
