Bought property through Belvoir recently. And it was pleasure dealing with the member of staff who kept me better informed than my own solicitors. I would choose Belvoir over any other State agent in the Area. And 10 out of 10 for Sue for being very professional and courteous.

Originally tried selling my property with an internet based agent, after 4 months with no sale and little feedback I put the house up with Belvoir in Bury the house was sold in days thanks to the attention paid by all the staff the photos of my property were far superior to the previous agent, and they followed up the sale through to completion, thanks to Sue, Nicol & the whole team, couldn’t fault the service I received !

Really nice customer service, very well presented considering we're in a pandemic and I couldn't do the viewing in person.
They gave me a welcome pack as well.
the only bad side is that the house wasn't properly cleaned and the bins where almost full from the previous tenants but that's probably not the state agent's fault.

I love how easy it was to get an apartment around my choice location. Within a week I got a beautiful apartment which my self and my husband love by the way. Thanks to shaz and the rest of the team for been so amazing. We also needed a repair done which surprisingly for sorted out on the same day.
