October 26 Update
We’ve previously used Fortis Windows to replace two doors on our property, so when we decided to replace our glazing, it was a no-brainer to go straight back to them.
They’ve been fantastic from start to finish. The quality of the frames and glazing is excellent, and the transformation has been amazing. The black frames look stunning against the stone exterior of our property, while the white frames inside have made such a difference, allowing so much more light into our home. We’re also delighted to be rid of the glazing bars we disliked on our original windows, meaning it’s now all about enjoying the views!
The team were always clean, tidy and professional while working on site, and they were incredibly patient and understanding when we discovered we had a wasp nest. This meant waiting for the wasps to die off naturally before they could finish installing the final window, and we really appreciated their patience throughout.
We couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Fortis Windows to anyone considering new windows or doors. Thanks again for a fantastic job!
