Walking round Brighton and Hove while Brighton Fringe is on is like stepping through the mirror into a theatre wonderland. At weekends the whole city becomes a stage. You never know who or what you are going to bump into or indeed if you may be drawn into the performance!
The 2018 Brighton Fringe will run from 4 May – 3 June and will once again feature over a thousand events in over a hundred venues...
There will be a spectacular outdoor theatre showcase every weekend, street performances that take over New Road with acts from Brighton Fringe and beyond.
Brighton Fringe is totally open access. Anyone can put on an event at Brighton Fringe and be included in the listings in the brochure and the website, on payment of a fee.
The Brighton Fringe office markets all Brighton Fringe events via its brochures and website and provides a one-stop ticketing facility through an in-person, telephone and on-line Box Office.
Brighton Fringe is a registered charity with an independent Board of Directors.

2017 was a record-breaking year for Brighton Fringe with 1008 events in 168 venues across Brighton and Hove. It was the biggest (and best!) Brighton Fringe in history.
