USANA Welcomes Top UK Female Boxer

One of our good friends in social media is Brian Knapp, a USANA Associate in the United Kingdom. He's making so many valuable connections through Twitter, Facebook, and other social networking sites.

His latest bit of good news is about Hannah Beharry, a top-ranked female boxer in Great Britain. Brian and coach LeRoy Nicholas, of Sweet Science Boxing, recently caught up with Hannah.

"She will be starting on the USANA Essentials and we'll be integrating some Optimizers and USANA Foods as she starts her upcoming training camps for the new season," Brian says. "We look forward to her testimonials and video blogs on how Hannah's getting on."

The accolades are extensive for Hannah, 23, the No.1 in England at 48kg, a spot she's occupied for the past five years. She's boxed for England for six years and is currently ABAE champion at 48kg, as well as a two-time European bronze medalist.

In addition:
•Hannah is a three-time Haringey Box Cup champion, an event in which more than 400 competitors take part.•She took part in the Golden Girl Box Cup in Sweden where she was awarded best boxer, best senior boxer and Golden Girl.
•She is on her way to being part of the female Great Britain Olympic team for the 2012 Summer Games, the first time female amateur boxing has been featured at the Games.

"In addition to Hannah's boxing commitments she is also ambassador for her local community in Ealing Town, where she conducts motivational and inspirational talks to local schools," Brian says. "Hannah also has a BBC documentary in production, as well as radio shows and magazine articles in the pipeline."
