Keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft Word Fomatting on the Mac

The other day I posted some of my favourite keyboard shortcuts for formatting text in Microsoft Word on a PC.

Today I am adding into the mix, the keyboard shortcuts for formatting in Microsoft Word 2008 on a Mac.

As a rule if you have changed from PC to Mac you can subsitute the command or apple key for the Control Key.

To make text Bold hold down the command key and the letter B

To make text Italic hold down the command key and the letter I

To make text Underlined hold down the command key and the letter U

To centre text hold down the command key and the letter E

To Left align text hold down the command key and the letter L

To Right align text hold down the command key ane the letter R
