How To Start Your Boxing Training

How to start your boxing training - Keep your feet space shoulder width apart while turning your left shoulder to the front of your body.  At Ford Fitness we find that being  angled this way is best as less of the body is exposed and we can punch with more leverage this way. You must not start squared up.

You want the knees bent and the elbows resting on the side of your body. (Ribs) Feet turned out a bit so they're not facing sideways.

Your hands are up and chin tucked. This is a proper setup for boxing stance.

At Ford Fitness Personal Training we believe "Nothing is more motivating than result"Our Boxing Personal Trainers practical ‘hands on’ approach has been designed to maximise the specific coaching skills required for this very physical form of activity.Boxing is a fun and recreational activity which involves working all the major muscle groups in your body whilst learning the basics of boxing such as jabs, hooks, stance, guard and defence.Get the body you have always dreamed of with our 10 Weeks Rapid Body Transformation BOXING Personal Training Program. Our Boxing Personal Trainers will travel to you with all the necessary apparatus saving you time, inconvenience and costly gym membership fees.
