Brent Council is looking for nurseries, community or voluntary groups to redevelop the Eton Grove Nursery and Community Centre in Kingsbury, NW9.
The building has been left empty over the past year and the council wants to find out which organisations might be interested in either rebuilding or refurbishing the existing building.
