I cannot praise this company enough. If there were 10 stars possible, that would be my rating. From the first contact with the company every step of communication was clear, articulate and helpful. Bryony was prompt and helpful every step of the way.
My job was completed to the highest standard by the two young lads Jack and Paz who never took a break and worked endlessly throughout the day. They were extremely clean and unobtrusive throughout however helpful whenever I asked questions.
Overall so professional, friendly, trustworthy and helpful. Absolutely every single part of this entire process was completely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Again I can’t speak highly enough of this company and would highly recommend you choose them for any services related to window and door installation or replacement you will not be disappointed. G M Windows & Doors are an exceptional company! I cannot scream loud enough how happy we are with the service and quality of the installation. From the outset, contact with them was frequent, informative, super friendly and professional. The quality of the product is bang on! The fitting teams was amazing and dealt with the awkward quirks of our house perfectly and all with a smile. The finishing of the trim inside and out is faultless.

From the outset the speed and efficiency was a breath of fresh air. Local agents tried to dissuade us from using online but we had had experience locally which was not great and expensive. ADK , in particular , Bilal Khan was exceptional - in many years of property dealings between us this was the best service received by a country mile - you email and rarely waited more than 30 minutes for a reply. Always helpful and did what was asked immediately and kept us fully informed at all times. This was a difficult transaction , probably one of the worst we had had but Bilal was brilliant throughout - could not commend highly enough.
