Each and every member of staff were truly amazing so helpful and friendly
Our room 90 was small not able to do anything about that there was very poor storage no draws or shelves for items

I’ve been in this gym for a year , coming in and out and the staff make it such a comfortable place Tanya and Hussein are such helpful people they have a lot of knowledge and experience making the time at the gym worth it , they always making sure everything is tidy from the minute their shift staff and they always give u a good laugh ! recommend 10/10

Last Drop Village truly lives up to its name—but not because it's the last place you'd want to visit. In fact, it's one of the best places to create unforgettable memories.
I genuinely believe this hidden gem doesn't receive the recognition it deserves. It feels like a charming village of its own, offering a unique and relaxing experience. The food is exceptional, the staff are warm, welcoming, and hospitable, and the surroundings are simply breathtaking.
Words are not enough to describe the beauty and atmosphere of Last Drop Village. It's a place you simply have to experience for yourself.

We had a brilliant time at last drop with the warm pool the saunas steam rooms and the food was really nice. The place is a really good set up nice little village with shops all in same area. Breakfast a bit slow but once we got it it was really nice week worth the price dedinetly going back again

With me being scared of goin to the dentist all my life i was scared of going to day for my double extraction .but i neddent have worried .your staff were excellent at caring for me from receptionist to surgeon .my surgeon miss khan put my mind at ease by explaining very clearly the procedure .and explaind what was goin on thru it aswell.what a great team you have .thankyou and keep up the good work

It was a nice enough hotel but I didn’t like the fact that you were charged for everything. The rooms were clean but fairly basically kitted out and for the luxury market they are aiming for they are slightly missing the beat.
The service was ok but a little slow or not quite on the ball. Staff were friendly but temporarily lost an ice pack of mine, forgot my gluten free toast at breakfast and gave me a tiny tiny pot of tea that was half full for breakfast. The breakfast was ok but nowhere near as extensive as most hotels.
The pool and thermal suite area were nice and also clean.
We also ate at the pub on site, but was disappointed with the lack of gluten free options and the very very loud music playing that made it difficult to speak.
We asked for a fan as the room was very hot and the windows were tiny and we did eventually get one.
