Visited Lexus Bolton yesterday to have my battery assessed on my CT200. I was welcomed by the showroom staff who are always friendly,polite and professional. I waited whilst my battery was checked and was offered coffee and made to feel very comfortable. The battery did need replacing and I was very happy to hear that it could be done there and then rather than me having to have to book another appointment. The waiting area at Lexus Bolton is a welcoming and comfortable space with tasty coffee,snacks,magazines and a TV to entertain the waiting customers and as you wait,staff are checking that you are OK. I have returned to Lexus Bolton numerous times over the years ( almost 20 in fact ) and have NEVER had a negative experience. Every time I visit,staff cannot do enough to ensure your enquiry / problem is dealt with swiftly and professionally. I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent customer service yesterday especially Helen.
