A big 5 stars to the staff of the Last Drop Hotel and Spa who have recognised the needs of disabled visitors and guests. There is now a proper ramp at the entrance to the hotel and the disabled parking places are now monitored. There are notices in the changing rooms of the Spa reminding people to respect the designated spaces, and any visitor or guest not displaying a badge is likely to get a notice on the windscreen of their car. It would be good if other businesses in Bolton could follow this example.....it makes such a huge difference to those who need these spaces
