Volunteers from the Northern Mill Engine Society have 30 rescued and restored steam engines, all of which are over 100 years old. They will be up and running for people to see on 4 occasions this year.
Some of the engines on display were once used to power the cotton mills, with the oldest engine being 180 years old. Attendees will get the rare opportunity to see the engines running steam once again!
