Very good gym, good atmosphere and equipment at a reasonable price.
Biggest issue is not having enough cleaning equipment as well did during COVID. There used to be stands dotted around the gym to help clean down the equipment. But that's all gone now and you can't even find enough toilet roll anywhere to clean the equipment after someone's used it.

Been coming to this gym regularly for a few years now. I’ve tried other gyms in Bolton (some of the ‘expensive’ ones) but I haven’t ever as good of an experience as I have at the gym group. The equipment is all up to date, there is plenty of each machine to use even in peak times. The staff are so lovely & friendly, always willing to help. There is a friendly dynamic in the gym and I always feel comfortable going.
A super big thank you to PT Ayesha who has been an amazing support and pushed me out of my comfort zone in the gym. Would 100% recommend her as a female PT for any ladies. She really is the best.

These gyms are amazing value and conveniently located. They're always clean and the equipment is mostly adequate though I do wish they had 15kg bars and smaller units of free weights for those of us who aren't as strong as the others. Gyms can be quite crowded weekday evenings but good the rest of the time. I love that they're 24/7 but was very disappointed that they closed for nearly 3 days over Christmas. The time everything else is closed is when they're needed the most.

No frills gym. Can't beat the 24 hours. Equipment variety is fairly good. Definitely one that I recommend to family and friends

Smaller than I expected but what they have done with the space is very efficient. It has two storeys and PLENTY of cardio machines as well as quite a bit of open areas. Assisted weight machines can get quite busy during peak times but that's normal for most gyms of course.
I was self conscious because I've not been to a public gym in many years but everyone seems friendly and everyone just gets on with what they're doing 👍 plenty of personal trainers to choose from if you need to hire one and I like that there is a live tracker that shows how many people are in the gym and what times its most busy.
I go late like 11pm and there's still usually 30 or so people in there so it doesn't feel unsafe.
