Synergy Dental Clinic was the first dentist I have been to in over 10 years after previous bad experiences down south. I had seen posters advertising dental implant in the practice whilst waiting for my check-up appointments and decided to enquire about them. Dr Bagasi explained all the options to me and I decided that the dental implant where the way forward for me as I definitely didn’t want a denture. On the day of the surgery I was very nervous, as I said before I had bad dental experiences in the past so just wanted to get the implants over and done with. The staff were great, they all seemed calm and confident which helped to put me at ease. Dr Bagasi was just brilliant
throughout the whole thing. I wouldn’t have even considered dental implant if it were not
for Dr Bagasi. The actual surgery was quite straight forward and didn’t seem to take too long. However
there are quite a lot of strange dental noises going on in the background, so I would
recommend bringing some headphones if anyone goes for implants. Now that the treatment is complete I very happy with the results. From start to finish it took about 3 or 4 months which is a long time and does seem even longer when you just want to get it all finished but I can say was 100% worth it. The after-care was good, the staff
were helpful and kept me up to date with my treatment and I do feel very comfortable in their care. Like I said if I had any advice for people looking to have implants is to bring some music to take your mind off things. If you are nervous I would say to come in to Synergy and meet Dr Bagasi to talk things through and then take things from there.

I have butterflies in my stomach every time I visit the dentist. I get very nervous and I just really hate going. I had come to see my dentist Dr Bagasi to discuss some broken teeth. In the waiting room there are these big television screens on the walls which show information on all the treatment they offer. It is on these that I saw that they offered dental implants so I just enquired when I was in
there. There was nothing really to be worried about, there was no pain and it was over very quickly. I was quite surprised. It was a bit of a long wait from
having my implants placed to having the crowns to go on top of them but I am very happy with the results and really happy to have all the treatment complete. I am so happy with Dr Bagasi
as my dentist and all I can say to others looking at implant treatment is to book in with Dr Bagasi, grin and bear the wait as the end results are so worth it all.

My previous dentist had advised me that to resolve the issues I had with my worn and damaged teeth I would need to spend 15 - 20 K on new crowns to all my teeth. I thought that this was a lot of money and I certainly wouldn't spend this amount on any
other product without first getting a second quotation and so that's how I ended up at Synergy Dental.
I thought that Dr Zuber Bagasi's approach was very professional. He didn't ask what I'd been

quoted elsewhere or what treatment I'd been advised to have, he did his own thorough
investigation taking photographs, casts and x-rays of my teeth and gums for assessment.
He then told me that the majority of my teeth were healthy although a little worn, but that
since I'm 64 that was only to be expected. We then agreed that I needed 3 new crowns
and all my front bottom incisors building up to repair the wear. The work has now been
completed at a fraction of the original price I was quoted and have to say that I'm absolutely
delighted with the result. They look great and function better than they have for many years.
My wife will shortly be following me to Dr Bagasi and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Synergy to all my friends and family!

For many years I was very unhappy with the shape and shade of my teeth. Having found out that whitening will not necessarily bring my teeth up to the shade I wanted, whitening alone also wouldn’t sort out the issues of the structure of my teeth, so I started to look at alternative treatment and discovered veneers. This is where my journey for the perfect smile began, three years ago.
I began looking at different clinics around the country, but could not find any that ticked all my boxes. I was very nervous about going to the dentist so they had to be extremely friendly and approachable, as well as affordable. After 2 years I was beginning to think I would never find the perfect place to have my veneers done, but then a friend of mine came to see me with bright, white veneers and it pushed me to look harder!
I started to look again, beginning in London, and eventually through to Birmingham, which is where I discovered Synergy Dental Clinic. I went on line and found that they also had a branch in Blackpool. This was brilliant news for me as I could possibly have the treatment I wanted right on my doorstep.
My first appointment was with Dr. Zuber Bagasi. He sat me down in the chair and made me feel at ease before doing a full examination of my teeth to make sure that I was a suitable patient for veneers, and, that they were the best options for me. After the consultation I was sure that this was the practice I wanted to go forward with, so I went back to the clinic where I had impressions for what is called a ‘Diagnostic Wax-Up.’ This was basically so I could have a really good idea of what the end result would be. Seeing the wax up really enforced that this was what I wanted.
Two weeks later I booked the appointment to prep my teeth ready for the veneers. I was so nervous before the treatment, but the whole dental team were really supportive and ensured me that I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Bagasi was so nice and patient, it really helped calm my nerves, and the nurse was there to hold my hand through the whole process.
In what felt like no time at all, my temporary veneers where on, and I could already see an improvement. By now I was just so excited to see the end product. I was told to book an appointment for 10 days time and just to be careful with the temporaries. I just couldn’t wait to get back and have the real veneers fixed on.
The 10 days flew by, so I arrived at the practice and Dr. Bagasi showed me the veneers. They were brilliant! So straight and white! I closed my eyes and when I opened them I had a brilliant white smile, and cannot describe how happy I was. This result is what I wanted for so many years, it was really overwhelming.
All I can say about the service I have received at Synergy Dental Clinic is that it is excellent! The staff were so caring and always rang me the day after my appointments to make sure I was happy with the progress. I have decided that Synergy is the dentists for me, and I have become a permanent patient there for regular check-ups, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr Bagasi and his team were truly fabulous and I cannot thank them enough for my perfect, white smile.

I have just had the implant crown fitted and I am so pleased with it. You really cannot tell which one is my tooth and which is the implant. It is amazing and I am just so relieved to have my tooth back. It really is worth the wait and I would recommend this treatment to anybody. There is no need for anybody to feel nervous when considering implant treatment, Dr Bagasi and his team really know what they are doing and will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
If I was to give any advice to anybody considering implant treatment it would be to just go for it. The whole procedure was just so straight forward! I would also ignore internet forums as they just seem to do their best to put you off. Just take 15 minutes to have the first consultation and the Synergy Team will reassure you and help calm any nerves or worries you might have.
This is the best thing I think I could have done for my problem. I feel confident, I enjoy my food so much more and I know that Synergy Dental will always be there to help me look after my smile. If I had to go through it all again I wouldn’t think twice

My name is Shirley Stonehewer and I have been a patient at Synergy dental clinic since 2007. After seeing Dr. Zuber Bagasi for about a year came to him concerned about the some of my missing teeth. I sat in the chair and Dr. Bagasi explained all the available options to me. After a lot of thought I decided on dental implants. I am usually a very nervous patient but the Synergy Dental Team answered all my questions and made me feel very relaxed.
I had the implant surgery in 2008 and the whole process from start to finish took about 3 and a half to 4 months. Through this time I felt like the team were looking after me and keeping me updated on my treatment progress.
I am really happy that I decided to go ahead with this treatment as it really improved my quality of life, and I just felt so much more confident with myself. I decided to stay with synergy as I now enjoy my visits to see Dr.Bagasi rather than being a bag of nerves.
I was attending Synergy on a regular basis for check –ups and implant after care when Dr. Bagasi noticed an abnormality which I knew nothing about. He sent me to see his specialist colleague at the hospital and within 24 hours I was seen. It turned out that the lesion that was identified was noticed on time and I am currently undergoing treatment. I was told by the hospital if this lesion was missed and if it wasn’t for the team at Synergy, I probably would not be here right now to tell the story.
I am so happy and grateful that Dr. Bagasi and his team were very diligent in my routine examination and expressed concern for my well-being, if I had not had the advice, the problems could have rapidly deteriorated. I honestly feel that he has contributed to saving my life, and I will happily continue to visit Synergy for very regular examinations.
My advice to anyone who hasn’t visited a dentist for some time is to get booked in. Even if you are scared or nervous about the dentist, as I was, the team at Synergy Dental will really put you at ease and do their best to make you feel comfortable.
