The actual procedure - extraction of horizontally impacted lower wisdom tooth - was done very efficiently and both dentist and sedationist were excellent.
However, I was still in some considerable pain on day 5 and called the practice, to be told it can take up to 12 days to settle.
Still in pain and swollen, I visited my own dentist on day 10 and am now on strong antibiotics for a gum infection … and still in discomfort.
I had questioned whether antibiotics should be administered on the day of the dental surgery, but had been told they wouldn’t be needed. With an extraction of this complexity, I am wondering if that should be a consideration …?

I took my elderly dad who is 89 for some teeth extraction. It was quite daunting for him, everyone was very professional. The receptionist was kind to my mum who was waiting for us and the dentist and dental assistant were so good with my dad and also turned off the air-con for him as he felt cold - even though it was a very warm day!

Had my wisdom tooth removed today at the surgery. Had a great experience with polite and professional staff. The staff who performed the procedure were calm and reassuring throughout. Clear instructions provided on aftercare with a follow up email. Excellent.

I am a NHS patient and was recently referred to have a tooth extraction. My experience was positive from start to finish. I was initially nervous but was put at ease Professional and caring . Friendly receptionist, very modern clinic.

I went here as a referral from my own dentist because of a tooth that was broken below the gum line. I imagined it would be a traumatic experience but they removed my tooth with great skill no problem.

Went to the clinic on waters meeting road, exceptional experience. As I was there I was treated with kindness and respect from reception to treatment room. I highlight one of the good moments was a staff member called Kim, who assisted an elderly couple going in for treatment, helping the patient back to his seat, making cups of tea and offering our snacks. As I’ve been to a few clinics and seen a few things, I’d considered above and beyond, however was made to feel like this is a normal, natural environment for this clinic. Very clean and well presented. Highly recommend

First visit to Synergy and it was acceptable. From the friendly and helpful staff to the wonderful dentist, Wasif who explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. I am hoping to commence treatment around July time and know I will be well looked after. Most definitely 5 star 🌟 treatment.

The receptionist was great...the dental assistant was genuinely excellent...especially with my mum who was feeling vulnerable. I cant say much about the dentist...he pulled my tooth out...job done. I didnt even realise he'd done it

Great service great staff the procedure went perfectly as was anticipated to be very painful but it took ten minutes in and out as they say no problem after the procedure bit tender but paracetamol took care of that can’t praise the staff highly and the surgery thanks
