The staff are poorly in service. Almost none of them smiles with the customers. One of the male staff asked us if we want plates to eat or not, followed by asking us if we want cutlery or not. Quite shocking for us as no one would want to eat from serving plate itself and with hands and no cutlery, would we!!

Visited on Xmas Day,and as you would expect it was super busy,We were a party of eleven so we did expect a delay which there was!!
Anyway once that was sorted out the service was excellent!!
