What an experience ! I have never bought a car without seeing one before!!!! Wow ! What an experience - I was shown a video of the car I wanted to buy. It was comprehensively described whilst recorded expertly by the sales man, nathaniel. He worked well to secure the deal I wanted . I was contented with the sale although I would have liked to have secured a couple of free services just to add the icing on the cake ( never mind!!!). I live in Leeds but bought the car in Bolton before viewing or test driving it as I had complete trust and integrity with RRG. ( I remember them When they were called Radcliffe Road Garage 25-30 years ago when I lived in Bolton ). In summary. The deal was well above satisfactory (the word 'outstanding' comes to mind)the company had an unquestionably superb reputation and the sales man was a real nemesis! I would certainly consider this garage again in the future when I decide to change my car again. Highly and thoroughly recommended. Dr S.

Just picked up another Lexus from Lexus Bolton and my wife Sue and I couldn't be happier with our new (to us) car. Candice in sales made great efforts to make the deal run smoothly and her warm and professional manner was appreciated by both of us to make for an entirely stress free experience.<br><br>The paperwork was dealt with with minimum of fuss and Candice kept us up to date with progress from the initial test drive to signing on the dotted line and driving away in our car a week later. We bought a Lexus approved used car but felt as though we were treated as having bought a new car.<br><br>Having been with Lexus Bolton for the last five years and having experience of both Sales and Service over that time we would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.<br><br>Many thanks<br>Colin and Sue Baron

Excellent friendly staff, very welcoming. The receptionist welcomed me upon arrival and after I identified myself asked me to take a seat and offered me a beverage. When a member of the service staff became available, she walked across to me with the paperwork for signature and accompanied me to the courtesy car which was in excellent condition. Collection of the car upon completion of the service was also a very pleasant experience. I would like to mention Helen, Gail and Natali who made my experience at Lexus Bolton very enjoyable

My Lexus was due for annual service this week. The car was collected from my house in Lytham St.Annes in the morning and returned late afternoon. The car has bee thoroughly cleaned both inside and out and everything is in perfectly working order. I am very happy with service provided. I am on a service plan which makes paying for the services easier,

Really nice dealership. Friendly and accommodating. I waited for my car to be serviced and was able to use a desk that Natalie pointed out so was able to make best use of my time whilst waiting.<br>Nothing was too much trouble and Natalie, Helen and Gail made me feel really welcome. My car was checked and serviced properly & it was lovely and clean when finished. Definitely worth 5 stars.

I always used the Manchester Branch till it closed down and was always delighted with the service so decided on my next visit to try the Bolton Branch. I was highly delighted with the welcome and service I received, nothing was too much trouble.
A special mentio to Gail who was very professional and made everthing so simple, also a fantastic coffee and biscuits, I will not hesitate to use this Branch again in the future.

Using our daughter's email.I took the 450rx in today for a modification.Even though a courtesy car was provided,Gail explained that it would be ready in 2 hours,so would I prefer to wait?So I did and was supplied with repeated offers of tea/coffee by another charming lady who was answering the telephone.After a short wait of 75 minutes Gail announced that my car was ready,cleaned and refuelled!<br>Thankyou all at Lexus Bolton.(Dr John Lewin).

I visited Lexus Bolton two weeks ago, and was immediately impressed by the initial reception and curtusey offered on a Saturday afternoon to a potential time waster or potential purchaser.<br>Jeffrey new his product in intimate detail, a test drive quickly arranged ,further impressing me. I left with a wow factor, went to Jaguar and didn't bother to drive one, sadly, I wanted to want one.<br><br>Next stop Mercedes, treated like a time waster, having enquired about a C Class estate, I was told it was sold so could look and then ignored, more points to Lexus. Audi was also difficult, three attempts to get information and a test drive, I responded to their contact email, " don't delude yourselves, it was like buying a model T Ford compared to Starship, and if any of my team knew so little about their products I would sack them"<br><br>I take delivery of my Lexus next week...

Visited for a service. Helen at the desk was very pleasent, was scheduled a wait of 1 hour 30 mins, offered a courtesy car on the day which was nice so I could get my shopping done whilst car was serviced. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Will use again.

Great service and friendly staff, especially Gail and Helen. I had a tow bar fitted to my NX and there was also a recall job on my wife's CT, and it's 6 years old. Both were cleaned and valeted. Excellent all round.

Excellent service from Gail & the team at Lexus Bolton. Only had my new CT a few days but was unlucky enough to have a large screw puncture a tyre, so a new one needed unfortunately. Everyone was most helpful and symathetic!

This was my first time with Lexus Bolton and what a fantastic all round experience it has been. From the first telephone call I had with Natalie to book the vehicle in for the service through to the collection of my vehicle at 5:30pm I recieved excellent customer service.<br>Gail & Helen were the service representatives who looked after me on my visit and communication again was excellent throughout. On collection again I was impressed, I felt like I was driving away my 1 year old IS300h F-Sport away as a new car following the wash & vac. Looking forward to seeing you all again on the next service. Garry
