I attended the Last Drop Village for a half spa day with my 2 friends. We received full use of the spa facilities, a 25 minute treatment and lunch. We had a wonderful time, the outdoor infinity pool was brilliant and my head massage was relaxation defined. Lunch was lovely too and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Rooms are a good size, clean, tastefully decorated. Nice big TV and USB plugs are a nice touch. Let down by the bathroom which is tired and dated and the shower a bit wonky. Free WiFi didn't extend to rooms 57-59.
The Spa & Gym are lovely. A very well equipped gym with lots of space. Two steam rooms and two saunas.
Food in the restaurant is good, but expensive and the portions are too small for a hungry man, especially one who who's been using the gym.
UPDATE: wi-fi was poor or no existent in three of the four rooms I stayed in. All rooms finished to a good standard and well sized. Bathrooms clean and tidy but a mixture of ages and some odd fixture and layout choices.

Great place. So relaxing. Helpful friendly staff, would recommend and will be staying again. The food in the restaurant was lovely too, as was the gentleman playing the keyboard, he was great and a nice little touch.

Not stayed at the hotel nor visited the spa facilities yet but the overall impression ftom the reception & staff was very good.
The Last Drop complex looks really nice & quaint but could do with a little extras to make it even nicer e.g. info about the history of the place & some old examples of carriages etc to take one more back in time which is fitting with the age & history of some of the buildings.

We have celebrated Christmas and New year here . And it has been excellent.
The pantomime and meal was brilliant , excellent food , service and show .
New year's eve in the restaurant was brilliant aswel . Once again excellent food, kids entertainment and staff where all very helpful.
We will definitely be booking again . Thankyou very much

Delightful hotel complex, made to look like an old village. Nice shops and tea room to walk around and explore. Only downside to rhos visit was that the temporary fair had blocked off the exit from the car park so the only way out was against the one way system. Could have been donne better.

Upon arrival we were informed that our room was quite a walk away after being wet through by the weather they moved us too a closer room pretty much next to the bar. Perfect! Enjoyed our stay and will definetely return

Very helpful and friendly staff on reception and in the bar, nice clean recently refurbished room, spa is good especially the outside pool. We didn't have treatments this time but have had massage here before (I'm sure this was very good, I'm just not that into massages)

Had a lovely day at the spa with my daughter. Specially liked the heated pool that went outside. All the staff were very friendly and it was a relaxed chilled out experience. Would go again.

Superb stay this time around. Looks like a lot of work has been put into a modernisation and its paid off well, place was great. We stayed in an exec room which was top notch, bed really comfy.

We parked here before starting a walk in the hills. The cafe was good and we enjoyed a drink here before having a walk through tbe village. We used to come here many years ago and it hasnt changed very much although it seemed quieter than it used to be.

Lovely location, impressive looking and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and the bed huge. Unfortunately the heating wasn't working which spoilt the overall experience.

Very large hotel, rooms well equipped for what I needed however I thought they were a little sparse in furniture. Didn't get chance too use the spa. Limited availability of beers.

Spent the day in the spa, the outdoor heated pool is amazing, really warm with snow on our faces. The massage was great, but as always the hour went really fast.

Good place for a relaxing spa weekend. Clean and tidy spa facilities, newly decorated bedroom with a new carpet. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Generally pleasant and helpful staff.

Great reception from staff and very friendly bar staff. Beautiful place. Exec room was a little tired but spotless, and beds were very comfortable. Brilliant WiFi.

Stayed for the night, ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and used the pool/thermal suite. Everything was to a great standard and staff were all very polite and professional. Will be going back again.

Lovely cottage room with bedroom and seperate living room. Lots of space. Bathroom large but very noisy. Can hear other rooms fan and water pump on. Restaurant nice and service very good.

Good venue for conference and wedding functions, rooms rather dated and pool area needs improvement but realistically ok. Bar prices way too high and the wine wasn't that good

We had sausage&mash from the lounge menu . Really enjoyed it, and we ordered sticky toffee pudding and chocolate tart for desert and coffee for after.

Attended a couple of weddings here, in the largest suite and a smaller one (the penny farthing) both with great staff, facilities and grounds. Food tasted good too.

I attended The Last Drop as a delegate at a conference. It was a comfortable, picturesque setting with plenty of parking space. The spa on site is also lovely.
